She turned me around and showed me another computer and, as she assured me that this computer had many of the features that I wanted from the other computers, including the backlit keyboard, I bought it. Mistake. I opened the box, started the process of getting the computer going . . . and discovered she had pushed another Pavilion on me. I went to the web site and checked and it was a computer I had rejected because it DID NOT have many of the features I had stated that I wanted; no backlit keyboard for one . . . AND it was more expensive! I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for. They have special affordable phone plans at probably half the cost of major brand stores. These plans have great coverage as the signals are bouncing off or piggy backing the towers of the larger companies. They are the only place I can take my phones to and have them repaired or buy a nice used phone without entering into a new contract. They have always been fair and personable. I would recommend that if you want a mom-and-pop shop with personal service and get out of the big company push this is the place to go.

They offered to fix the button, but I could not bring the phone back when they were open due to my travel schedule. I took my phone to Apple and Apple was willing to replace just the screen/home button, but then Apple discovered (and noted in my file) that the phone was also missing parts. Why?? That's a really good question. Pro Services predicted I would end up buying a new phone and they were correct, but only because phone parts were lost during the screen repair. $600 later, I have a new home button and all the parts to my phone. I would not recommend anyone take their iPhone here.
