I received a text from George who said "I am sorry, I don't have those screens in stock, the repair is $375, most of that being part cost." In fairness he suggested I wait until I return to NYC but I wanted to place a review because: 1) the screen replacement costs $20 wholesale 2) the Apple Store is $129 to replace the screen 3) even in NYC, the most expensive places were charging $200 (although apple in NYC is also $129) 4) a DIY repair kit costs $150... I get it, they charge more because they come to you, however the part is $20 (nowhere close to $375) and it behooves them to have items for the latest phones in stock. Also, where is George getting this $375 price tag from if "most of that being part cost"??? I went to the Apple Store and had it fixed within 45 minutes while I was at brunch. After tax and parking it came to less than $145. Save yourself the $$$ and just go to Apple for iPhone screen issues.

I decided to contact them to check on what their availability was. Victor quickly returned my message, and was able to meet my wife same-day at her office in the early afternoon. He was in and out and let me pay him online. I never talked to Victor, but my wife was very complimentary on his speed and professionalism--and did I mention her excitement? This was a surprise for my wife. She had a crack in her phone for months and refused to upgrade. Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.

There's a huge parking lot and the store is pretty easy on/off from the freeway. If you don't want to spend any time in the store, you can always order online and then just zip into the pick spot to grab the item. Not quite curbside pick-up, but almost! And, they usually have in-stock items pulled within the hour. Definitely my go-to place for any large order copying too. Jae is super helpful and efficient!

She ran into a quite few complications due to my phone, but instead of giving up and sending me away she continued to order parts and try and make it right. They gave me a donor while they worked on my phone as well which was super nice of them, and didn't charge me any extra for the additional parts she had to order. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and was getting really nervous about not having my phone but she made it happen. Thank you for not giving up on my phone Shay and working so hard to get it fixed. During my recent trip to Spokane, I took my iPhone 7 here to have the screen repaired. During the…read morecourse of the repair, they broke my home button. They offered to fix the button, but I could not bring the phone back when they were open due to my travel schedule. I took my phone to Apple and Apple was willing to replace just the screen/home button, but then Apple discovered (and noted in my file) that the phone was also missing parts. Why?? That's a really good question. Pro Services predicted I would end up buying a new phone and they were correct, but only because phone parts were lost during the screen repair. $600 later, I have a new home button and all the parts to my phone. I would not recommend anyone take their iPhone here.
