They were so cool about everything. All 3 guys were super nice and extremely helpful. They checked the machine and found out it was still under warranty, which was good to know since it was a work computer. I would definitely recommend 765-Tech to anyone needing computer help. Best Buy is one of the few places open during COVID. I knew that because I also wanted to have a Zagg screen protector installed on one of my children's devices. Looking online I found out that Zagg is closed everywhere, but that they instal them for you at Best Buy! (If you've ever tried to install a screen protector on anything yourself, you know why that's important... if you haven't, DON'T! Especially if you're staying somewhere that needs dusting more than once a month.) So I came to Best Buy with a full list of things I needed and more than a few questions. Admittedly you get a grab bag of help anywhere that does retail, and I was definitely ignored, brushed off, and (not) helped my first attempts. But I carried on, and waded through the maze of phone cases (which was the best selection in town BY FAR!!! Believe me, I shopped around before buying) narrowed my choice to like three I liked. Now I needed time to decide, so I stalked the nearest employee and as soon as he finished helping the lady he was with... I made my move and gave him "the wave". You know.. the one that means hey, I'm here... yes you... I'm waving right at you... help me please! And then I approached a gentleman I later learned was named Brandon Fowlkes. He was awesome! He answered every single question I had, thoroughly and knowledgeably! He helped me grab a screen protector for my kids' device, and painstakingly installed it for me. I literally can't see with my naked eye any misalignment whatsoever! (A testament to Zagg products, and Brandon's Skills). He also gave me some advice on various products, and was just over all attentive to my needs while simultaneously conscious of those around him. Twice someone approached us and interrupted with questions, both times he was polite, explained he was with someone, and then listened enough to know if he could help them quickly, or needed to ask them to wait. He also asked me before pausing to talk real quick. I totally felt respected, and prioritized! (But I bet those other people didn't feel brushed off like some people did to me.. just saying.) Over all, the selection was awesome! I left, shopped around, and came back to buy my case! The prices were the same or better than everywhere else I went today, and almost all the staff were incredibly friendly. Then there was Brandon! That dude was was awesome! After a few minutes the same gentleman that greeted us arrived and asked if we had questions. My wife asked about the difference in the two tvs. I was impressed with his descriptive answer and afterwards we felt the Sony would suit is best. At this point I know I'm buying from this man. I tell him all the components we want by Sonos to build our system and point out the TV. I give him the max amount we want to spend and he says not only do they price match, but they match the lowest prices on the internet and off he goes. After 15 minutes or so he comes back and is almost $600 under the number i gave him. Remember, I had done my research. I know this system was priced over $6000 and I was out the door under $4500.
