This company conducted an onsite appraisal for work to be performed. The estimate was accepted…read more This proposal went from being in the middle of the pack to the most expensive without a change. When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated.

I had a new water heater installed from Bulldog Rooter, but they didn't have an electrician with…read morethem to wire the hot water tank correctly. So I had to hire out one to get re-wiring done. The guys at R&R Heating were doing an installation of a furnace for me at the time so I asked them if any of them had any recommended electricians. They suggested A+ Electric and gave me the number. Chad and his apprentice were great, they came in and we walked through what I needed and each of them got to work. I had them correctly wire in the new water heater, install an outlet in the living room and bathroom. Then Chad noticed that my breaker panel was all different makes and models of breakers which can be dangerous if they don't match the brand of the housing (loose wiring) so I had him change out the breakers to be the same brand as the housing/case. He and his apprentice were done in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well. It was a good experience, and if I need any electrical work in the future I won't hesitate to call.
