The installation was quick and clean, and the tech was patient with me while i checked to ensure all our devices were working. We did loose internet recently, but the next day I called for some help, my call was answered quickly by Janet....I believe. She was professional and have clear instructions on what to do( we also messed with the router and made things a little worse) but she identified the issue (power outage at the tower) we rebooted the router signal from the tower to the router and everything was fixed. The estimate was accepted…read more This proposal went from being in the middle of the pack to the most expensive without a change. When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated.

OH.. these guys also had a flat tire along thier 375 (one-way) trip back to Spokane and they still managed to complete my move in the same day !!! Nothing was damaged either. Hopefully they follow through with this and notify customers that the auto-enrollment isn't happening. I'm optimistically bumping them to 3*. This company is a scam. They advertise a simple $59/year registered agent service, but bill you for much more. Today they sent an email with an innocuous subject line, but in the text mentioned that they have "upgraded" me to add their $170 annual report filing service and will bill my credit card in 14 days unless I cancel the new service through a confusing web app they set up. I never agreed to this. Filing the report myself online is quick and costs less than half what they charge. Offering extra services is fine, but charging my card without consent crosses the line.

I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30. We had a little mixup on the invoice but I simply pointed it out and they were really accommodating about allowing me to call in with payment once they got the invoice corrected.
