I later spoke with Al at their office and went over plans and my options and he was very forthcoming with information and very professional. Our tech was also very kind, respectful of our property and knowledgeable. The installation was quick and clean, and the tech was patient with me while i checked to ensure all our devices were working. We did loose internet recently, but the next day I called for some help, my call was answered quickly by Janet....I believe. She was professional and have clear instructions on what to do( we also messed with the router and made things a little worse) but she identified the issue (power outage at the tower) we rebooted the router signal from the tower to the router and everything was fixed. They have been great!! I would highly recommend!!

We would receive new phones free of charge under the promotion we were offered. 3. Our monthly bill with T-Mobile would be lower than what we were paying with our previous carrier. After switching, I discovered that none of these promises were accurate: * T-Mobile has not paid off the balances on our old devices, and the conditions they now cite were never disclosed at the time of sale. * The "free phone" offer was misrepresented, and additional charges were applied that were not explained beforehand. * My monthly bill with T-Mobile is higher, not lower, than with my previous provider, despite the clear verbal assurance that it would be reduced. These actions constitute false and misleading representations made at the point of sale, causing financial harm and inducing me into a contract under incorrect information.

Downloading anything other than a simple file takes hours, if not a full day. Also, the price is outrageous for the quality. Seems like the internet stops working about once a week. My partner says it goes out every Monday night after I go to sleep. Also, their billing department is not responsive. They never pick up. The girl who is in charge may or may not call you back. I can't wait until we have other options. Hopefully this happens soon and Wind Wireless shuts down for good.

This company conducted an onsite appraisal for work to be performed. The estimate was accepted…read more This proposal went from being in the middle of the pack to the most expensive without a change. When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated.
