They are so efficient and do their job caring about leaving dirt, covering all things that could be damaged, and all this with great attitudes! The only breaks they took were water breaks and our job was 6 1/2 hours. They were so trustworthy on how they treated us! Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .

You inform this company you are disabled and have one arm in a sling from surgery on a torn rotator cuff. The appointment was set for a certain time on a certain date. You arrive the night before at a hotel in the move to town and call(during regular business hours) to confirm the appointment. All is set and confirmed. You remind them that you can not lift a thing and that you had surgery 3 weeks prior on a torn rotator cuff. They reassured that they would be there. The next morning, you arrive 20 minutes early to the new home. Wait...wait...wait more. 5 minutes after the show time, you call. It immediately goes to voicemail. You wait 10 minutes and call again...voicemail. ok this might happen. You wait 10 more minutes and call again...VOICEMAIL AGAIN. This goes on for 2-3 more times....voicemail. Now, you realize they are avoiding you. They let down a handicapped client! REALLY! So, now I call other local moving companies to get a last minute hire, and they want up to 4x standard rates. I really can't afford that. So, I took off my sling and joined in with my helper. We got the job don, but it took us twice as long to get the job done. Now, when I get home, I have to go back to my doctor as I think I re-tore my rotator cuff. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5. They should rename their company to "-5 star moving". !!! Everything was great in the beginning. But, after my belongings arrived. I found rust on things…read moredue to a leak in the roof of the trailer. Also, I was charged $500 for storage. I emailed the day the trailer left to give them my address then as I waited for my belongings to arrive. Day 4, 5, 6....then we called. My trailer had arrived at its destination. No one ever called. I will admit - it was cheap, convenient, and I had such high expectations. But the rust, the extra charges, the inability to call/email/contact me is highly disappointing. Be aware - pack your things with protective coverings! Call them everyday to eliminate the extra charges for storage. Eh...lessons learned. BTW - we have photos of the rust on the protective coverings but at this point does it really matter?
