I cannot recommend this company enough!…read more I've had Two Maids & a Mop as my cleaning team for two years and couldn't be happier. They are thorough and leave personal touches all throughout my home. Additionally, everyone is so kind. I have recommendations Two Maids to friends as well. Reasonable prices, prompt, friendly, I can't say enough. If you are looking for a great cleaning team, try them out!

I'm leaving two stars which I almost never do. There's a reason so hear me out. - I've used these…read moreguys 3 times. The first two were fine. It was 3 people two woman and 1 man. Same crew each time.. They did a good job but I'm not being fussy. I want to make sure they show up on time, don't break anything and are nice. Really job 1-2 for me are sniff tests. Okay lets talk about job 3. Since I'd used them twice I thought cool. I was paying $200 a clean for a 1 floor 2k SF residence. Well, I was wrong. Today they were an hour early which totally jacked my day up, I was away had to come screaming home and spend 15 min to tidy and get ready for them. Next - the two who showed up were totally different people who'd never been here before. Brand new house to them. No idea where things went etc. I went to my office to work and after about 90 min cam out for a walk through here is what I found: 1. Mail was all over. There we no consideration to put mail into one pile 2. Walk-in closet had underware on the floor and the hamper was full - I understand if you don't do laundry (though I wont refuse to work with anyone who won't) still you should not leave clothes on the floor 3. Bed room had 2 coffee cups and 3 empty soda cans - a couple on the the floor and a couple on the windowsill 4. There were 4 piles of mail all over the house. Shouldn't we just put mail all one place? 5. 1 garbage can wasn't empty 6. Dishwasher was not empty nor were pans put away. I am glad they didn't clean cast iron with soap BUT hot water, salt is ok Generally for $200 bucks it sucked. The main thing was they were 1 hour early.. That so screwed me up and when I spoken to the the admin she wouldn't offer any discount. - So AMEX will sorry 2 maids. I thought we were pretty close but uh - this is a working relationship and if you call too make things betten and refuse to refunde me a few bucks suck it,.

Started a quote with this company after I received a mailer; I figured a company that was…read moreadvertising services would have openings for new clients since I've been having a tough time getting a hosusekeeper set up. I was wrong. I was initially quoted at 400 for initial cleaning and 300$ every two weeks following that. 300 hundred seemed high for my two adult and one dog family that keeps things pretty clean most of the time. I was told "they could do a zoom call to better assess my place" (but that doesn't seem any different than the basic description I have my place at the beginning so I asked for a home visit. Was confirmed two days later for a nine am home visit. At 915 on the day of, I called to ask where the evaluator was, "who answered the phone when you called -I'm not sure, I did not get a name. How many people do you have answering the phone. -well we don't do site visits so I'm not sure why they said that, was it a scheduled phone call or a zoom call? -no I was told Home visit. -well we don't do that." Do not waste your time with this agency. The staff here are rude and combative. And clearly too busy to be bothered with correct information.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning weeks in advance and made sure to specify, per the company's own…read morescheduling questionnaire, the state of the apartment unit and needed add-ons (fridge/freezer cleaning). I stayed in touch with the company during the weeks it took to get to the scheduled cleaning. The day the cleaning was scheduled (4 days before the end of the month), they called and told me they wouldn't clean because their "natural products wouldn't really help". The apartment definitely looked like it needed a move-out cleaning, but we aren't talking, like, massive blood-stained carpet and mold and otherwise hazardous messes here!! Do not waste your time or money on this company, they have no issues screwing you over when time is short and justifications for behavior are nonexistent.

Let me start by saying that I've worked with 3 different cleaning companies over the last 10 years…read moreand all 3 have done well. That being said, the overall service, attention to detail and satisfaction that you get in knowing that the your house was cleaned naturally with non-toxic chemicals, just hits different. I'm a very busy, single Dad that always has some project going on, so I don't always have the time to spend hours cleaning, especially after doing upgrades to the house. Tiffany and her crews have been to my place twice to tidy it up after I make my messes. This latest visit was exceptional. Not only did they get all the messes that I made with my miscellaneous projects, but they also did all the other things that they normally do, including making the beds and doing a thorough cleaning of everything else. I honestly don't know how 2 people can get so much done in that amount of time. If it's not in the budget to have them come every week, it's 1000% worth every penny to have them come bi-weekly. If you go longer than that, it's likely going to take them longer to get everything, so it's probably not as good of a value. They do such a good job and with the little added touches like folding stuff up, making the beds and the bathroom tissue "Toiligmai", that coming home after their service almost feel like you're at a resort. If you have them come out and "Green" clean your house, I'd be really surprised if you ever want to go back to the nasty chemicals. I definitely recommend giving Clean Green a call to come out and give you a quote. You won't be disappointed.

Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else.
