The guys were very hard workers, they did a fantastic job! It was a lot of heavy furniture and they took care with all our belongings.

Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

You inform this company you are disabled and have one arm in a sling from surgery on a torn rotator cuff. The appointment was set for a certain time on a certain date. You arrive the night before at a hotel in the move to town and call(during regular business hours) to confirm the appointment. All is set and confirmed. You remind them that you can not lift a thing and that you had surgery 3 weeks prior on a torn rotator cuff. They reassured that they would be there. The next morning, you arrive 20 minutes early to the new home. Wait...wait...wait more. 5 minutes after the show time, you call. It immediately goes to voicemail. You wait 10 minutes and call again...voicemail. ok this might happen. You wait 10 more minutes and call again...VOICEMAIL AGAIN. This goes on for 2-3 more times....voicemail. Now, you realize they are avoiding you. They let down a handicapped client! REALLY! So, now I call other local moving companies to get a last minute hire, and they want up to 4x standard rates. I really can't afford that. So, I took off my sling and joined in with my helper. We got the job don, but it took us twice as long to get the job done. Now, when I get home, I have to go back to my doctor as I think I re-tore my rotator cuff. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5. They should rename their company to "-5 star moving". !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM....not to even deliver pizza!!!!

A VERY NICE (...& almost brand new) facility, with pristine grounds, state-of-the-art security, & a wonderful front-office staff. & this place is HUGE! She also was quick (provided a same day response) to provide me with some specific measurements. "Nita" was my face-to-face front-office contact on my contract-signing/move-in day. She helped to make the move-in process quick, informative, & enjoyable. THANK YOU ladies!!) ... Located VERY CLOSE to the Spokane Intl Airport (1.7miles, 5min drive) which was very much a PLUS for me! ... You should stop by and check out this amazing facility the very next time that you are near the Spokane Airport, or just in the West Plains area. CURRENTLY they are offering some VERY GOOD move-in incentives with reduced monthly rates that are valid for the 1st year. EVEN IF you are already currently storing your "stuff" elsewhere, you should stop-by, take a tour, & possibly consider moving it all here. ... FYI: The Door Opening dimensions on MY 10x25 unit are 8.7 feet wide & 8 feet in height. This allowed me to safely/easily store my mid-70's vintage vehicle without having to fold-in or remove the vehicle's large mirrors. (...I had to very carefully maneuver the vehicle into the unit, but the driveway area was sufficiently wide enough to allow me to accomplish this on my 1st attempt!)

DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT…read more I'll update this review first thing tomorrow morning. My wife and I came here to use a Uhaul to move her stuff from Kendall Yards to Eagle Ridge, and back to the store. That's a total of 17-18MILES (because math is easy and Google maps is free smh) and we were charged for DOUBLE. The gas was also NOT at what they told us when we used the truck. I returned it with more gas than originally was in the truck in the first place. Hear me out, normally I make sure I provide photo evidence but I've moved three times in the city (I'm active duty military) and had NO issues with Uhaul. But I was told the only way to dispute what happens was to have photos instead of owning up to someone's mistake in the establishment. Piss poor. Stay away from here.

The truck had 1/4 tank of gas when I started, so I had to fill up in Pullman. I put $216 of gas in the tank and then noticed a fuel leak. I was able to get a replacement truck in Moscow, but I had to fill up that truck too. I worked with UHaul to get reimbursed for the gas I couldn't use, sending receipts, pictures, and video, but the ultimate decision came down to the Spokane store manager, Ryan. He denied my claim because he didn't think I could have put that much gas in the truck. UHaul's site says the truck has a 60 gal tank. Gas was $4.50/gal. Do the math, Ryan. He was completely unhelpful. I had to file a claim with my credit card company instead. Good luck to any who have to deal with this moron.

Picture this: Your grandma falls and injures her knee. The…read morebest solution is to downsize into a smaller home, less stairs, and a little assistance. We hired Deanna to destress the situation, as my grandma tore something in her knee and couldn't help pack or move to much, besides go through her own belongings. During this process she had the help of 3 daughters, 2 husbands, a couple of friends, and a moving company, so in no way did we put the entire move no this women. Her job was to help sell the remaining items in the house and bring in Vendors to buy what they would like, and she would donate the rest of the belongings left. Deanna also committed to cleaning the house, and shipping out items to one of her daughters. When I showed up to help on Monday, 5 days before she closed the house and everything in it needed to be perfect, Deanna was on a personal phone call (one hour, on our dime) after making her cry about how there's no time, she needed to be doing things faster, and how the place was a mess. It was bare bones, it really could have been finished that day. she hid when I came in with one other helper. I heard her on the phone asking the real estate agent if he had someone to clean the place, he said no. After that she walked out to the living room and asked if we had cleaning supplies or a vacuum she could use (it's all at her new place). She was frustrated and said someone would clean the house tonight. One of the daughters stopped by the house that night, she left every light in the house on, the doors are all unlocked, and THE OVEN ON 500 DEGREES CLEANING MODE!!!! She also had a bum knee, she couldn't even go downstairs to help price items for sale or clean she didn't even see half of the house, every time she was there she was on the phone or drinking my grandmas teas, or water bottles, sitting on a chair 80% of the time. She never would answer phone calls the last week, she would return them in her own time, she couldn't give us a game plan for when things would be done. The next morning she had another older women there cleaning up the rest, she was nice, but kept telling me they were so busy and didn't think they could donate the couch downstairs because it was a pullout bed and we would have to pay someone to move it (but that was in the agreement). They waited till 2 days before the close date to tell us this, and the couch wasn't even a pullout, they didn't check.. The items she was supposed to ship to someone, she tried pawning off on me, she wanted us to drive all the stuff from Spokane to Tacoma 5 hour drive. So get this the whole situation was so sketchy we asked for an itemized receipt with the bill. She delivers the bill with no itemized receipt, it gets better the quote of 500-750 was out the window, it was a $3000 bill. She also said she didn't have time to sell her stuff which was a 70/30 split and she donated it all, and when we asked where "SHE FORGOT" ???? She also managed to lose boxes of my grandmas belongs, memories that we all cherish and could one day be passed on, but now they are all gone, probably in the back of the storage unit with the "donated" items. I had to take photos of stuff downstairs for my grandma so she could see what's left because Deanna couldn't tell her. When my grandma tried to discuss the bill, she walked off and said "no we are done" . Beware she doesn't help, she destroys.
