The guys were very hard workers, they did a fantastic job! It was a lot of heavy furniture and they took care with all our belongings.

Be prepared to be stood up and/or forfeit whatever funds are paid…read more I don't know Marina Mendez, but I believe every word of the one star review she left for this business on Google. Apparently she had a similar experience. Was subjected to falsehoods to over and over again. No shows several times. I am handicapped and they left me stranded without a safe place to sleep for x4 nights. Scrambled trying to find other people who could help at the last minute, including my landlords, due to negligence by Quality Moving, and being new to the area. Here's what you can count on from Quality Moving, with screenshot evidence multiple falsehoods multiple no shows inability and/or refusal to follow instructions or directions zero respect for belongings damage to property that you will not be reimbursed for as promised Matt is the owner. Any conversations had with him will be forgotten while the conversation is happening. He will ask the same questions 4-5 times. The next day, it will be as if the conversation never occurred, and he will ask the same questions again, multiple times. Sending text messages for clarification won't help. Any text messages, photos, or other documentation sent to Matt has a better chance of being seen by aliens in the far reaches of outer space. Matt was hired to help with a few simple tasks in my home: put together a basic chair, set up an adjustable bed, and help cut up some oversized cardboard boxes so that they would fit into the recycling. A moving company was needed as they often work in pairs, and setting up the adjustable base was a 2 person job. Got a quote from a different moving company that was significantly more than Matt's quote of $100, so Matt was the first choice because of the low price. Here's a list of the numerous falsehoods Matt told, supported with screenshot evidence: Matt said he would call early in the morning to set up an arrival time. He called at roughly 4:15 pm. Claimed he was being considerate, "letting me nap", but this was just a cover for the no call no show. Matt said he would call the next day at noon, and would arrive whenever I requested. He called at roughly 3pm and said, "We're coming over right now". Matt previously said he was going to come with his nephew, and without letting me know, x2 different men were sent who didn't identify themselves. Their identities weren't revealed until they had been in my home for 10-15 minutes. Joshua and his younger helper knocked over nearly a gallon of water for my CPAP machine that was next to my bed. It was in a locked pitcher. The corner of the pitcher broke when it fell, resulting in water everywhere. The rug and floor were saturated, in addition to my mattress that they placed on the floor. They claimed they cleaned it up, and I believed them. Called them about 2 minutes after they departed and asked them to come back due to water still being everywhere. They came back and tried to clean up all of the water, but were unable to, as everything was still completely saturated after their 2nd attempt at cleanup. The correct bed risers were ordered, but were installed incorrectly, rendering the bed unsafe to sleep on. Padding on top of risers was supposed to be removed pre-installation. This was on the product page, and also in the half page instruction pamphlet included with the risers, which they refused to read. Risers were about an inch too tall, so I ordered some shorter 2 inch ones that Matt promised to swap out, and never did. He never came to my home to make things right as promised. I still have yet to see or meet Matt in person. Matt said he would come by to adjust the 3 inch risers installed by his crew, so that the bed would be safe to sleep on in the meantime. He said he would also check the underside of the mattress to see if it was wet. No call, no text, and no show. Matt said he would replace the broken pitcher with a new one and bring it with him when he came over to swap out the shorter risers I purchased. No call, no text, and no show. The excuse Matt gave for the falsehoods and no shows was a breakup with his GF. If you chose to hire these people, they need to be watched like hawks at all times, and DO NOT TIP until you closely inspect their work. I tipped them $50 without checking their work first, trusting that they had done a good job, which was a huge mistake. I had to hire a contractor to fix the problems they created, resulting in a total loss of about $300 so far. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Everything that was said in your response was a complete fabrication. Please provide proof of your claims. I have provided proof, where's yours?

I had a move schedule with Matt and this so called company that claim to be a professional moving…read morecompany here in Spokane. Well I can tell you a person gets exactly what they pay for. Confirmed my appointment the night before with Matt the owner and it was all confirmed and told me he had my move all scheduled and everything would be all good and the crew would be there at 9. The morning of the move arrived and 9 nobody. I was patient and waited until 9:20 and called Matt and nothing. Goes to a voicemail box that was full. Called another 10 or 15 times and nothing. Texted another ten times and no response. Then called the moving business telephone number and nothing leave a message and we will call you back. Finally, at 10:20, I got a phone call from one of his people who informed me that the truck had broke down and his crew were trying to call him but he wasn't answering because he was at work. Couldn't have somebody from the crew call me or text me to tell me hey the truck broke down. Well, fortunately the College Hunks came through and saved the day. I really have to tell you is take this review as a caution if you use them and if you want to save your sanity then, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unless you like to deal with amateur hour. All I can say is I am glad I hadn't given any money to them.

Imagine... if you will: you call this company from another…read morestate to make an appointment to unload a 26 foot Uhaul truck. You inform this company you are disabled and have one arm in a sling from surgery on a torn rotator cuff. The appointment was set for a certain time on a certain date. You arrive the night before at a hotel in the move to town and call(during regular business hours) to confirm the appointment. All is set and confirmed. You remind them that you can not lift a thing and that you had surgery 3 weeks prior on a torn rotator cuff. They reassured that they would be there. The next morning, you arrive 20 minutes early to the new home. Wait...wait...wait more. 5 minutes after the show time, you call. It immediately goes to voicemail. You wait 10 minutes and call again...voicemail. ok this might happen. You wait 10 more minutes and call again...VOICEMAIL AGAIN. This goes on for 2-3 more times....voicemail. Now, you realize they are avoiding you. They let down a handicapped client! REALLY! So, now I call other local moving companies to get a last minute hire, and they want up to 4x standard rates. I really can't afford that. So, I took off my sling and joined in with my helper. We got the job don, but it took us twice as long to get the job done. Now, when I get home, I have to go back to my doctor as I think I re-tore my rotator cuff. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5. They should rename their company to "-5 star moving". !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM....not to even deliver pizza!!!!
