Absolutely horrendous treatment by the team supervisor. One of his movers was allowed to use the…read morerestroom which resulted in his urine flooding all over my bathroom floor. When the supervisor heard that I was on the phone with his boss he came out hot headed and threatened to throw my property out in the street. When I pointed out he'd just be paying for it because it's insured in the contract I signed with them. He then stormed off and had to have his boss call him to tell him to get back inside to do his job. This kind of blatant disrespect towards a client is unacceptable by any means. Not only did I never raise my voice or swear at him, he actually interrupted a conversation I was already having with my assisted living caseworker to throw this tantrum. I explained that it's common courtesy to clean up any mess you make and that if I had caused the mess I'd go to a dollar store for a mop and clean my urine off his floor. Apparently that's worth quitting and voiding a contract over, and threatening the private property of a client. Great job Ken, keep making your company look good. Honestly, if this is how they move a disabled person assisted by SLP out of HUD housing it's astounding to me they have a positive rating. I imagine it's the labor put in. They took several larger pieces in one go which sped things up. -Disregard owner reply. Literally nobody offered to clean the mess. I was told that they don't carry shammies or towels or mops and Ken explicitly said they would not return to clean the mess, after the super on the phone said the same exact thing. Do not believe the owner replies for a moment, I am the one who had to go get a mop and return to the previous property to clean it. The only reason I did it, is because if I didn't my caseworker would have had to. It's one thing to make a mess and then threaten the client and throw an actual storm-off tantrum, it's another to go into yelp and try to lie about what happened. Even worse every party involved mutually agreed that if you got urine all over someone's floor, accident or not, it's literally just common courtesy to clean it up. They simply refused to do so and asked stupid questions like "what would you do?" Only to have no proper response to "I'd clean it".

We finally settled, and you was supposed to reimburse us but low and behold, you got fired from your company or so I'm told and that you don't owe us anything, which isn't right. You own up to it? From what I've experienced, you don't own upto it but instead you ran. You knew how to contact me to resolve this. My next posting will be in the form of a message to the business licensing and Attorney Generals office. At least they'll get some resolve for me. Quit blaming others for a rush job you guys did, that resulted in breaking my specified items. I'm not a happy customer, especially when lying to me (customer) and the general public

They were fast and gentle with all of my heavy furniture items. Didn't scratch any walls. Ensured to wrap everything for better protection. We just installed new floors and they were extremely careful not to ruin the floors in any way. They also did our move quickly which was a miracle because we needed help last minute. He got into all the crawl spaces, checked every light switch and outlet, ran every faucet, inspected every drain. He was thorough. And price wise he is great too. He came highly recommended from our realtor and after doing my own research I that showed she was right I went with him. I am so glad I did. After his inspection he spent an hour walking through with me showing me every little thing and explaining every aspect of the inspection. He gave me a complete print out with pictures and explanations of the problem areas. He even told me the best way to fix the couple problems he found. Overall he is a great inspector and should be your goto guy if you need an inspection done.

I am very familiar with what great 'customer support' means and especially in the residential…read morewindow space. This is because my Family was in this very business for years in the Midwest. The experience we had today with Coeur D Alene Window Company and Kipton, their Territory Sales Manager, was over the top impressive. After months of research we determined that these window systems were first rate, manufactured quite well and provide wonderful insulating qualities. After the installation, we noticed some operating issues which is not unusual in as much as the units were shipped by truck from the manufacturing plant. Kipton showed up today and could not have been more personable and genuine. All while wanting to "genuinely" service the units. He has years of experience with windows and glass and it really showed. He went into great detail about the construction of the window systems and the deep dive Coeur 'D Alene takes to assure high performance and quality control. Yet it was his attention to detail in our home today which won the day. That and his generosity of spirit in taking his job and our repair very seriously. So much so, we plan to order more windows from the Prescott distributor. This is a great Company. Do the research and you can determine this for yourself.
