I'm a previous Client of ACE MOVING.  The 1st move went well... actually great!  Unfortunately I can't say the same for this time!  I make this Post NOT to "bad mouth" them but to save you from the problems I'm stuck with.  Sadly today I have Texts that show that Josh accused me of it ALL being MY fault!!  The ONLY thing that was MY fault was that I allowed them to take advantage of me!  HOW could it be my fault if I am the one paying for packing and moving??  They were WELL AWARE I was recovering from Major Surgery and wasn't supposed to be doing ANYTHING!!  Yet I was in the garage trying to direct what goes in and what stays out.  ACE is responsible for it's Employees if they don't listen NOT ME!  I did my best, treated them kindly and even made sure they got out early for Thanksgiving!  I offered them food and drinks, etc as well as tipped them each time over the approximate 5 times it took to move me approximately 2+ miles. It was a last minute move and I TRULY appreciate them accommodating me but using it as an excuse to throw things into a box and NOT wrap furniture which got severely scratched ISN'T acceptable!  Josh stated I was getting evicted which was NOT the situation, however I did need to move!  If you look on YELP there's a Post where the TRUCK is packed the same way as mine!! Was that MY fault TOO?!?! Though the Business is owned by someone Disabled they took advantage of ME because I am Disabled!  I paid extra money for them to pack as well as move ALL my belongings for this reason as well as my post-surgical situation. The youngest (18) Dominic of the team was an excellent packer!!!  EVERYTHING  he packed was neat, organized and thus far nothing broken or scratched and he had ALL the kitchen items and breakables!! Unfortunately the others (Quentin) literally threw things into boxes.  Each box contained items from EVERY ROOM!!  Files were taken out of my Desk and turned upside down... thrown in the bottom of a huge box (I can't even reach), dirt spilled on the files, clothes in a pile on top (which started folded neatly), etc.  These were from different rooms so it makes no sense! I found a blanket that belonged to the Movers on the Garage floor and was going to give it back but underneath I found my good Coats, scarfs, etc!  These were ALL on hangers and we're in the Hall closet in one place and should have just been hung up in the Hall closet in the new place! I still haven't found things as basic as my mattress pad after 2+ months! It was 2 months of hand washing things from my dresser because I couldn't find them!  Ultimately, Josh DID give me a 1/2 hour and I found the box.  Everything was in a ball, had rocks from a decoration (another room) that I had to pick out and I had to wash a lot of the items because they were SO wrinkled after being neatly folded in my dresser. My mirror for my dresser is on the ground and most boxes are STILL in the GARAGE despite my repeatedly asking for them to come in the house.  I'm concerned some things have gotten ruined as I had just enough room to park my car and didn't realize the snow was melting off and got on some of the boxes. Some were to stay outside but I was there the majority of the time working alongside the guys but they did what they wanted. Honestly I could continue but I think you get the idea.... I had saved my boxes from many moves and I "told them they could use them".  I was told this morning: (see screenshot) not only did Josh say they weren't RESPONSIBLE but he was going to go after me for "DEFAMATION"!  On my previous move I had given them 5 stars on Yelp!  I'm not a complainer unless there is something to TRULY complain about! Unfortunately, I have referred numerous people to them and now I wonder what Company they got!?!? Sadly they USED to be a great Company with integrity... After the first move I even spoke to Jesse the Owner and we had a great conversation! It appears that Court is the only option left since they BLAME me.... This is NOT in my nature but they've left me NO choice other than "pay them AGAIN" to come clean up their own mess @ $205 an Hour! It should have been done CORRECTLY the first time!! I believe the photos show it was NOT done properly...as they say a picture is worth a thousand words and the TRUTH is shown! read more

The reason I chose Ace Moving was because of the positive review I read on Yelp. Let me tell you about my TERRIBLE experience. First, I called Ace Moving to set up an appointment. During the phone call I was told they charged $75 per hour with a 3 hour minimum totaling $225. I said ok, it probably won't take 3 hours to unload our pod, but I have other items needing moved back in the house and into our shop. When they showed up on Sunday morning, there were 2 men. They immediately started bringing in our furniture from the pod in our yard. Once finished (about 45 minutes later), I asked my husband if he directed them to the next task. They then stated to me that they had another job and had to leave. Let's just say I was less than happy. I then asked why I was charged for 3 hours when they were only there for less than 1. The guy I asked this question to was less then friendly. He kept replying that they had another job and there was nothing they could do. He suggested I schedule another day to finish the job. Which I would have to pay another 3 hour minimum for. He then tried to hand me 2 business cards which I quickly declined. I was furious. After they left, I called the company and left a voicemail about how I felt robbed by their company and would appreciate a call from a manager. I also stated that if not rectified, I would write a review. Well, I got a phone call from a woman named Morgan... Can you guess what she proposed I do?!! She tells me I should reschedule, and that they would discount me for 1 hour!!! Are you serious? I've paid for 3 hours, received less than 1 hour of work from your "company", and you expect me to pay you another $225 on a different day? I'm sorry but NO! So needless to say, this so called company will steal from you and treat you like you are ignorant. I STRONGLY suggest you avoid them. read more

Ace Moving was recommended to me by folks who had used them in the past. I have now used them four times! I have had some of the same individuals but a total of six different people. They were all awesome: professional, personable, capable, careful and in many cases people I would enjoy spending time with socially. They took special care of my possessions, some of which are antiques and all precious to me. Jesse, the owner, has gone out of his way personally to help me and to see that I am settled completely. If you have choices, narrow them down and pick Ace Moving. Judy T-M. read more

I hired ACE in August of 2021, Trent and DJ were fantastic! They showed up on time, treated my stuff with respect and were professional the whole time. They were expedient but not careless, the whole house was loaded and unloaded in a reasonable amount of time and all boxes were put in the rooms I had marked the boxes to go in. The washer and dryer were hooked up with no leaks. Nothing was broken. I have hired movers twice before and these were by far the best and most professional I would highly recommend them again! Thank you so much guys! read more

Highly recommend this company!! Recently had them move some VERY heavy items from Coeur d'Alene to Athol, ID. They were incredibly professional and efficient. Their price was fair, they showed up when they said they would (on short notice), they came with their own moving equipment and truck and took great care of our belongings and were very careful and considerate movers. Can't say enough great things about them. You will not be sorry if you select them for your move. read more

I was blessed with Josh and Dom on my move recently. They were very careful with my belongings and wrapped everything in nice clean moving blankets. They were fast and made the move way less stressful than moves usually are. I must say Dom is funny guy and had us laughing alot. I was very impressed with these guys. I used to married to a mover and I'm very knowledgeable on how moving should go and these guys did an awesome job. Thank you. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Was told they would work 3 hours. They worked about an hour and left. Charged me $225 instead of $75 for the 1 hour. Called and they could care less about their customers. A business that doesn't care about their customers, is not a business you can trust. AVOID this company!!!!! They are dishonest and will steal your money!!!!!! read more
