So BEWARE of smiling faces, especially when they are "going over the details" because they are just a diversion to get you to sign an agreement that is full of crazy charges for every little thing and numerous fees that can be applied to your account. And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. Both times surprisingly the camera was not pointed at my unit. I suspect the manager was in on it, and I don't know if she works there anymore. It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. Do not give these criminals your business.

The last time I was there, a lawncare crew was in getting the property ready for the end of autumn and the grounds are clean. I get waved to by other tenants and appreciate the atmosphere they have created. I have attached a picture of our 5x10 unit (I already had a couple items in there). But it is TALL (in the picture, that roll of fabric is about 8' tall). The footprint is perfect for just needing that little extra space in the house and still wanting to use your garage or in place of a garage if you do not have one. The prices are VERY reasonable and they will often have deals or work with people to make sure the great customers love being there and will feel safe with their belongings there. I would highly recommend this facility!

I would give zero stars if possible for violating our contract and my privacy. Prior to what they…read morecalled "roof repair" they sent an email saying that they would not need to access my unit. That turned out to be untrue. The entire roof was ripped off including the sheeting, which allowed unknown roofers to access my unit without my knowledge or consent. Furthermore, they did not have an employee on-site the entire time to ensure that customers' belongings were safe and watched over. This is a breech of contract, an outright violation of my privacy, and wholly unacceptable. When I confronted them about this issue, I was told that they didn't do anything wrong and they insisted that I stop "harassing" their employees - simply because I asked for an explanation for this violation.
