Both times surprisingly the camera was not pointed at my unit. I suspect the manager was in on it, and I don't know if she works there anymore. It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. This storage company is one of the best I've ever encountered. I had a unit here for about three…read moreyears. They were always easy to communicate with, very proactive with any requests. A couple times within the time I had the unit, my credit card expired and they were always very helpful and never made threats or anything. They would just call to remind me and overall very chill about getting that updated. After three years I finally was able to get all my items moved into my home. I cleaned and vacated the unit on the last day of the month, and called them to let them know that I was OK with paying for the month, because it was past the first of the month, but they refunded the automatic charge that was done on the first of the month! I really did not expect to ask or get a refund, so as far as I'm concerned they went above what was expected in all cases. On top of all that, they have the best pricing of any storage company in the area. If you need to store anything for an extended period of time, this is the best choice.
