Well it's a good thing I have a receipt from Buxbear showing I have the overpayment / credit due. Not happy with Buxbear or the owner at this point.

I had ordered chicks & ducklings from N40 but they had issues this year. They even mixed & switched their Indian Runner Ducks with Ruens so I got the wrong ducks but I was able to order Runners & others from Cenex so I did get some finally. The Cenex birds I believe came from a fairly local hatchery in Lewiston I believe it's Dunlap. I think this maybe a huge reason why their chicks did so much better because they didn't have to travel far. I also requested females & I know now that they are in fact females. Besides the Runner I also got a Welsh Harlequin & she is amazing! I would encourage others to try ordering some birds from Cenex - this last year with the Virus & so many moving here Chicks were way in demand so if we have the same thing next year & I think the chances are good Cenex is worth a try.

So BEWARE of smiling faces, especially when they are "going over the details" because they are just a diversion to get you to sign an agreement that is full of crazy charges for every little thing and numerous fees that can be applied to your account. And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. Absolute criminal practices.

When my gf and I went in to do the official paperwork, Kia and the owner were there to great us. They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.
