This individual was helpful but as I discussed the issue and was not happy with T-mobile help became too sensitive and did not like my "attitude". I never raised my voice and even explained that he had been helpful and that I was not upset directly at him. He still stated that he did not like my attitude even though it was a T-mobile screw-up. He then invited me to leave without completing the service I requested. Extremely rude at the end and no sense of customer service. Extremely too thin skinned to work with the public.

I'm home 24-7 stuck inside the AC with NO entertainment or news! I'm disabled living on a fixed income but always manage to fork over $200 a month weeks before my bill is due. I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$. I feel that I can call Fast Internet and get any issue solved quickly. Call them and and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Currently I'm fascinated by Victoria and glad that Mercy Street is back, despite the grit. This summer I loved the Corfu story, and would like to read the book sometime. My friend and I enjoy Call the Midwife, and she ended up going to the library to read those books. I also enjoy the nature shows, ancestry shows, American Masters and Kennedy Centre Honors. I'm not big on news shows or classical music but that's okay. What made me decide to become a member are two things. One, my financial situation has improved. I must tell you that I've always been grateful for all those people listed who make these shows possible - I say that most sincerely. The second thing is that I discovered that I can watch A Chef's Life online - I was so thrilled and grateful, as I missed a couple seasons :) Keep up the good work!
