On 1/23/26 I went into the store to send a fax at 1:15. I've been a good paying customer for close to 5 years now, since I moved to Spokane area. She was beyond rude and if she hates her job so much why come to work? You are in a Customer service position. I also asked her to print something out for me and I again she was nothing but a little dismissive little ASSH*le. "I AM NOT TECH SAVVY" she screamed at me. Well no kidding you're useless is what you are. SHE WORKS AT UPS! HELLO?? Not exactly rocket science, here! Get over yourself. How could she treat anyone like this and keep her job is beyond me. I tried to call and complain, but good luck with that. What a mess that is. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. I WILL GLADLY WASTE MY GAS AND GO TO ANOTHER UPS store. WHO does she think she is treating anyone like this. In my much MUCH younger days she would have made contact with the floor. Flat out. I hope they will get rid of this assh*le before she causes more loss with customers. Just quit if you're so miserable. I see your reviews aren't the greatest in the first place. Such a bummer people exist in the world. SMH.

I understand if policies change, I understand if processes change, I understand that some people might have a bad day. BUT what in the total teat was that? Embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store was so wrong on many levels. Was I upset? Yep, when you refused to talk to me or actually hear anything I was saying. I'm sure it showed. Not once would the yappity angry woman stop talking long enough to have real dialogue. The problem - she is blaming Amazon and me. She wouldn't even look at the email sent from the UPS Store, by the the UPS Store that had nothing about Amazon in it. She refused. I just wanted to understand. She told me to call Amazon. So I countered, does Amazon normally answer questions about the UPS Store emails? That seems odd. She wouldn't even print my label until I listened to all her vile words first. She made that clear. I asked two times "please print my label so I could leave" and she said she would after she was done explaining everything for the third time (in a condescending tone) and I could leave if I didn't let her. She even said "have a nice day" sarcastically and angrily when I said, could I please pay for my Label. Yeah Customer Service at its finest. Again, I could think it was a me problem and I was emitting some sort of "please accost me" vibe, but I saw her handle another customer just as unprofessionally. Now, did she actually return my package or throw it away? I guess time will tell.

Ouch, Really bad choice for anyone seeking mail or postage on packages, mail, or any sort of…read moremailings. This place is run as a ripoff to customers who need their services. I went there to do a fax today and needed to mail envelope as well. Boy was I surprised.... the "BUN" lady did her best to inflate the postage needed on a simple envelope!! Had to pay triple the cost that the main post office would charge for same item. She did the same last week on a small package, tried to charge $10.83 for package I later sent for $4.58.???? What a ripoff place, never going there again. They double and triple your costs on any technical issue they can come up with. BUYER BEWARE, avoid this place, there is another UPS Store a few blocks away in Rosauers shopping center. Use this place or any other reputable mail station in town to avoid being TOTALY RIPPED OFF.

However before I could walk out the owner came and said if I was willing to wait a minute or two for her to set up she could get me in really quickly. She got my fingerprints done quickly and neatly. It was a simple process and she was so sweet. She got my package all sealed up and ready to go. It think I paid 15 bucks? Maybe 20? I can't remember but it was worth every penny for the great service. Happy to support local shipping places :)

I approached Rainmaker at the recommendation of a good friend. After I reviewed their contract, I…read morewas excited and couldn't wait to get started. I signed it, not realizing that the payment structure was not tied to deliverables. I realized this months later. At the outset, it seemed a worthwhile investment: $28,000 for a name, logo, brand, brand elements, brand book, web site, the works. I received a name and a logo. Although I signed and paid for other elements and deliverables, they did not provide these. Billie was very passionate and involved with my project until her husband started to handle the 3 promised payments. When he did, he did not address prior agreements for payment, instead demanding money while deliverables went unnoticed and un- acknowleged. I have copies of the texts and emails, which, when, coaches, colleagues, my marketing team and other branders read them, were appalled, and in disbelief at the aggressive, unfriendly, unkind and unprofessional content of the notes. Taking a step backward to explain some of my disappointment, I was hooked when Billie, the wife of the husband and wife owner team, said they would do thorough market research. They did not do any such research, or any research that remotely resembled what they promised they would do. Their research consisted of a generic and superficial review of 2 competitors in a flooded market. For $28,000, I expected much much more, i.e. a brand that was developed and grounded in product/market fit. There was no research of the market itself. It was appalling. The research they did I could have done on my own laptop. The only part of this agreement that worked was my logo and name brand. They are beautiful, the designer who created them is a stellar part--, and the only part of their team that is worth the exorbitant and overinflated price tag. After I paid the first $18,000, (and still have not received a style guide, web page, and other promised items, guidance on how to convert the logo into usable collateral, or how to even place a signature with it on my email), the finance person set aside working on my project. Beyond this, he also called me 'stupid' and told me that I did not have any understanding of their billing. Finally, the billing issues that were unclear were not written into their initial contract and were not explained by his wife, who brought me in as a client. I only later, got an explanation of how he wanted to be paid that had nothing to do with the work that was promised, after 3-4 months of working with them, and $18,000 later. When he did explain some of their eccentric and very uncommon billing practices, they had nothing in common with what I signed in their contract. He also said my payment was late, so late, that he would add a few hundred dollars in late fees. And also, I received no invoice for the payment, or a due date. When I did not make the final payment, and asked for the items I paid for, after not having received the items that I had already paid for, he sent a demand letter for this final amount. Do not do business with Rainmaker. Ever. The review speaks for itself. There are branding and marketing firms that will attend to the particulars of each phase, that will have your back, that will be delighted to do brilliant work, and do so with an attentive, considerate approach to your brand.
