I haven't been into this store physically, I use the online postal delivery service. I can only speak to the phone encounters I have had with staff and also the system iPostal1. Do NOT use. The website/app is the most ridiculous confusing thing ever and when I called the store for help (only done it twice because of how stupid they made me feel) the employees are short and dismissive, both times said they are short staffed and treat you like an idiot. Other reviews seem to show the staff are pleasant in person so maybe they are frustrated with the system itself but believe me so am I. Do not sign up for iPostal1. read more

SUPER kind and helpful****** Kathy went beyond the call of duty to help me. I had quite a complicated job and gave them quite difficult files to work with. Kathy was super helpful and had a kind and positive attitude. With 3 people in the store each needing different things she whizzed around the store like a hummingbird and still found time to joyfully sing along with the radio station. Here's an update...twice more I've had to receive significant help related to a project. I needed to have some significant graphic design work done. The first time Lauren helped me and she was wonderful. I gave her a JPEG image and she matched it and manipulated it to build a design for a business card that matched but was different per my instructions. She nailed it! And she was a joy to work with. Now, here's the third person I've worked with....Lindsey. Lindsey was not only brilliant with the design program but she was very patient in dealing with me. She offer helpful suggestions and made sure that I was happy. And she stayed late, like after they closed, to ensure that the last minute job that I gave her was completed. She was kind and smiled regularly. She is a gem for sure!! As an overall last comment...I drove 30 minutes out of my way, during traffic, to come to PostNet because I KNEW with confidence that they could and would get my project finished in a timely, and with professional results. I could not have had the same confidence from a big chain store. PostNet will be my printing center for all my work. So far they have created business cards from scratch, printed and cut them, built 3 posters with info to mimic my cards (from scratch), and mounted and cut these on foam board. These ladies rock!! These people might be able to get a package to Post Falls ... maybe ... but I wouldn't recommend trusting them with much else. I shipped a package to NV a few months ago. Had them package for me and it arrived broken to bits. Gave them a second chance today. Went in to ship a Christmas gift outside the US. First let me say no one there seems to have ever passed a geography class. That aside, they should still be able to copy an address without changing it. They completely changed the destination address ... every line except the name. I asked if they had confidence it would reach its destination and they refused to say they did. So I asked them to use the address exactly as provided and they said they couldn't. I declared a value of $100 and they wrote down $50. Gotta wonder if they knew they were screwing up and had the foresight to reduce the future claim amount. ( I Went somewhere else and no problem. They shipped it to the address I provided and confirmed it was a good address. ) The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is they did suggest I go somewhere else. We were very upset with our experience at POSTNET. We had printed save the dates and when our save the dates returned to us, we believe that the photos were grainy and blurry and dimmed from the original photo. In comparison to the professional photos that were taken, the save the date did not do the photo justice. After spending a large amount of money on professional photos, we decided that we should follow up and let POSTNET know that we were unsatisfied with our product. When we let them know that we were unsatisfied, they told us that they believe that they look great. That they did not see anything wrong with them. After talking with Kyle and Kathy, both of them did not offer any sort of support or help to make the problem better. All that they said was that they would give us 25% back. Neither of them offered any sort of re-printing or any sort of modification to the printer to provide a more clear photo. In all honesty, I feel like the photo could have looked better and a 4x6 print from Rite Aid. It is not that we hated the fact that we were unsatisfied with the first print, it was that the customer service was very unsupportive and not accommodating to our needs. It would have been really nice if they showed some sort of empathy or understanding for the customers. Instead they seemed like they just wanted to move on with the transaction and not support us / our needs with their business. I would not recommend anyone to use them for any event that is of meaning to you. read more

One of the things I needed was a movie poster because the director was coming from LA for the event, and she was so happy with the result of the poster print. I usually won't write a review for a shipping store, but this store in particular deserves credit where credit is due. I went in here recently to print a document from my smartphone. I asked the woman working behind the counter(I believe it was the owner) if they had a WiFi enable printer. She replied no, but you can use our office comp and printer for what you need to print out. At first she stated that it would cost $4 to print 2 pages, I thought about it. She saw that I was thinking too hard about it. and stated, ok....how about 15cents per page...and you can use our comp and we'll print it out. I quickly jumped on the comp and printed what I needed and was done in about 2 minutes. All together about a 5 minute transaction for a whopping 34 cents AND she offered me a piece of cake they had behind the counter because of one of the employees "special day" . This is what a mom and pop store should be about. I came in, had a deliemma, she offered the services that they specialize in, had a smile on my face when I left AND offered me food. Overall, a great experience. I will make sure I go out of my way to patronize this Postnet, next time I need to mail, fax, or print something out. This is what every business should be like.
