On 1/23/26 I went into the store to send a fax at 1:15. It was serial # U63274j2f209587 I was met with the most condescending, dismissive angry young woman I have ever encountered in that store ever. I've been a good paying customer for close to 5 years now, since I moved to Spokane area. She was beyond rude and if she hates her job so much why come to work? You are in a Customer service position. I also asked her to print something out for me and I again she was nothing but a little dismissive little ASSH*le. "I AM NOT TECH SAVVY" she screamed at me. Well no kidding you're useless is what you are. SHE WORKS AT UPS! HELLO?? Not exactly rocket science, here! Get over yourself. How could she treat anyone like this and keep her job is beyond me. I tried to call and complain, but good luck with that. What a mess that is. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. I WILL GLADLY WASTE MY GAS AND GO TO ANOTHER UPS store. WHO does she think she is treating anyone like this. In my much MUCH younger days she would have made contact with the floor. Flat out. Caitlin is an asshole. She treated me like I was an idiot. I felt rushed and she was of no help. She is often times like this. I even wished my condolences to her when her grandpa passed. Apparently she has poor customer service skills and is not friendly nor sincere. She tried to charge me $340 for shipping and when I processed the quote online, it was only $120. read more

Two women helped me: one was super friendly and helpfu. The second, woman in her early 20s was so unbelievably condescending to me I was taken aback. I kept an even tone with her. Maybe she was having a bad day; but some customer service training for her would be helpful so future customers don't leave feeling patronized/belittled. read more

Went to mail something ... stood in line. As I waited - the employee called me over to the counter- "I can help you". She took the package, and weighed it... and I had my cc ready to make payment . This is when it took a weird turn. I asked for clarification of the amount due. She shut me down with a condescending "I'm busy helping someone already... you need to wait ! "..As she nodded to a man standing next to me- ? ? ? Ohhhk- I thought you were helping me... I stood there dumbfounded and said "I'm sorry... and I'm sorry you're having a bad day- but you called me to the counter and SAID "I can help you"... maybe you shouldn't have offered to help if you weren't ready for me"?? She snapped - "oh, IM NOT HAVING A BAD DAY!"... the exchange of looks from the other employee to me- were enough for me to see- He agreed she was having a bad day- and because of it - so was everyone else!! lol read more

Emailed a ups label to them for shipping and they charged .19 for the print- no problem but charged 1.45 for Digital file opening? WTH!

The young long brown haired thin girl that works there is always extremely rude and nasty every time I come in. She needs to be taught how to treat customers because he service is horrendous or maybe keep her in the back where nobody has to experience her. They lost the Christmas package that I sent to my dad. Convenient that they have no records or anything despite my having a receipt in hand. The person who answered the phone last week told me they had no record of the package at all. The manager was supposed to call me Monday. Tomorrow is Friday, and I still have no idea what happened to my dad's Christmas presents, because not one person from UPS ever returned my call to follow up on my concern. UPDATE: Upon presenting the receipt at the store Friday, the woman behind the desk magically found the package and alleged it was delivered on December 29, 2021. Interesting how things changed when I showed up and they had to deal with a person instead of a phone call they had no intention of returning. I have no record or photo of delivery having been made on Dec 29th...not in my email or otherwise. I received a printout from the clerk at the UPS store alleging delivery was made. The package was either lost by UPS or stolen, as my dad never received his package. Now I have to file a claim. I should have laced the cookies with rat poison and the masks with Covid-19 or Influenza. Next year, thieves, next year will be epic. read more

A disappointing experience soured my desire to support this particular franchise. I had 3 Amazon returns that needed labels printed from the app. Usually they scan it from my phone and print a ups label to affix onto the box as postage is already prepaid. Today the young man working there was charging a fee and when I mentioned that other ups stores don't charge the customer as amazon pays for the packaging as well as shipping, the older lady one register over huffed "well, we do!" I was surprised by the impertinent tone and politely said " that is unnecessary rude". She back pedaled when every person in the store looked at her, I thanked them for their time and took my packages to the other shipping franchise down the block where I was greeted kindly at the door, where my labels were cheerfully printed free of cost and I was wished a nice day instead of being made to feel stupid. I have been using this particular ups store for over a decade to ship literally ALL of my packages for business and personal needs, particularly to military family members overseas so the mere principle of nickel and diming for shipping labels is ridiculous. Do NOT support this store. UPDATE: store posted response, further proving my point: they care about $1.20 for a label more than about training their employees to be courteous and efficient at their actual job. Pathetic. I stand by my review, the customer service is non-existent. read more

I ship a lot of boxes. They know I'm busy. They scan them super fast. If they are busy and I can't wait, I drop them off and they scan them later and save the receipt for me when I come in. It makes me feel like they are on my team. :-) read more

I go to this UPS probably about 52 times a years (not every week, but double some weeks). I ship a lot of of custom make pieces for my business. They do a great job at weighing and labeling packages for me. I also make use of their scanner services which help me in prototyping new products. Handy and we have a good relationship. read more

12402 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99218 12-13-18 around 10:30 am the gal at the far right register brown hair pony tail was incredibly atrocious. i had gone there to print info for my dying relative and the gal asked me repeatedly if i was able or capable of pressing send on my phone, i said yes then she asked again and again if i could press send. i said im smarter than i look and she preceded to ring up the gal behind me while im at the register! unbelievably rude and i will never use UPS again. read more
