So in a panic and a ton of humble pie I called them and they not only got me scheduled into their schedule for that day but did an amazing job. Alex and Eli showed up loaded up my apartment and then delivered my furniture and items safely to the new location. Taylor, Travis and Ryan were on time, extremely careful, professional and good natured, despite the long hours, heavy lifting (upstairs laundry room, grand piano & 8 ft solid wood table) and my own tendency to be 'overly helpful' in a way that is probably more annoying than anything. They kept their smiles and their good humor until the very end. They were also very conscientious, pointing out a broken foot on a cheap Amazon dresser that I'm certain was broken for years. Nonetheless, they weren't about to try and conceal the potential mishap. Owner, Maurice is a really standup guy whose integrity is his top priority and it shows. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I was told the moving cost would be $1500 - good price then they dripped it to $1300 even better 2. 3 nights storage $150 each 3. 2 guys 1 1/2 hours extra about $450 4. The truck they sent was to small so I had to rent a U-haul - another $400 5. May 15 they disassembled 3 pieces that they misplaced the screws/bolts and washers 5. After delivery of furniture, etc (less than 5 miles they charged me even more to unload!! Another $2200 (this did cover the 3 nights storge & the 2 xtra guys for 1 1/2 hours) they charged me about $1300 more for unloading for a total of $2600 just to load & unload 6. Today is almost the end of June 10 - three+ weeks and though I've been told this will be handled there has been a 1x effort an now no response The guys loading were friendly.
