They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

Some of the adorable tassels of yarn were broken apart and separated. I took it back and they wanted to " try something else" so reluctantly I gave it back. The owner stated " on the back of our receipt it says we only give you back Pennie's on the dollar for what the item cost to clean" That is a flat out lie. The back of the receipt says nothing of the sort. Now when picking it up I see they completely damaged the cashmere making it bleed into other parts of the scarf, roughing it up and ruining it. They tried to charge me but I'm like I don't think so. I am headed to small claims court against them. Horrible customer service horrible dry cleaning. Buyer beware they will ruin your belongings. There was no food nor drink where I eloped, I wore my gown for a total of about 10 minutes I changed once again back into my hiking clothes before we hiked off the mountain the only stains that were on my dress were dirt and grass stains but now I have what looks like burn marks all over my gown but according to Sonja it's "wine". They had my dress for over three weeks when I went to pick it up they said it was not ready and to come back the next week, when I came back in they said it looks brand new! No red tags (which means there is stains they could not get out). So they had my dress for close to a month. Finally it was ready to come home...but now it has new stains.... so my question is are they letting other people wear our wedding gowns? is this like a side hustle going on!? I asked for a refund and Sonja acknowledge that they sent my gown home dirty but she would not give me a refund ,the only other solution was to let her have it again to try and clean it again.... Two weeks later when I picked them up, they had been hemmed to a 30.5 inch inseam. Additionally, the hem was not even finished. There was a place almost 5 inches long that had NOT been sewn down. The excess hem had not been removed, nor had the new hem been ironed down. A big mess! Sadly, I had purchased these pants to take on a trip. When I returned the slacks to the cleaners, I was told it would take another two weeks to re-do them. Unacceptable as I was leaving on a trip. I asked for my money back as I was going to have to take them elsewhere to have the work done. I was told I could not get my money back as Lemon Drop had already paid the alterations lady!!! This was clearly their mistake NOT mine. The counter person said they would get with the owner to see what could be done. They came back & said they could re-do them & have them back in time for my trip. I picked them up today. They did re-do them with a sweatpant type hem! And STILL NOT a 29 inch inseam, nor were the legs even, nor were they pressed down. At this point I will have to wear them dragging the floor (just lovely for a formal night on a cruise!) & once I return, take them somewhere else to see if they can be salvaged.
