She spotted us as newbies from a mile away and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing, what the machines were capable of, and her recommendations to save time and money! She also did her very best to give us ideas on how to keep the kids busy when we're there! I will definitely be going here for future large washes. Besides the great customer service we were provided, the place is clean, the washing machines go from one loaders to 6.5/7 loaders. You have the ability to pay online while watching your timeframe on the PayRange app, or you can do things the ol' fashioned way with quarters. Disclaimer, we only visit once or twice per year to do our comforters and blankets... Tables, floors, carts, and machines are always clean. People on duty each time we've visited have been helpful and courteous. Laundry comes out clean and dry. Price could seem high to some, but very reasonable compared to dry cleaning services. read more

The place is clean but you'll have a hard time finding washers and dryers, the neighboring spa takes up most all of the washers and dryers. If you don't fold very fast either then the owner is likely to come by and dig in your laundry if you have laundry in a dryer so it won't wrinkle while you fold everything else. Wouldn't recommend for younger people either it's clear that your money spent is clearly worth less than money spent by older people read more

This laundry mat is clean, maintained and overall provides an enjoyable experience for a not so enjoyable chore. The prices for the washes are reasonable. The layout of the machines makes sense. The staff member onsite was quick to offer a kind greeting and assistance if needed. There are multiple options for payment. They have an atm, cash exchange for coin and my personal favorite - the PayRange app. There is a restroom, drinking fountain, lounge area, snack/drink machine, and comfy tables to sit at while you wait for your loads. Our washer broke the week we went camping so I stopped by to wash our laundry for a family of 5. It was convenient to use several washers/dryers at once and it cut my wash time by half. I usually love this laundromat because of how clean it is and the staff are normally friendly. Today however was one of the worst experiences ever. I loaded one of the $9.00 jumbo washers and selected power wash because it's only a $1 more, for a total of $10.00. I loaded $40 to my laundry card so more than enough to cover a $1 upgrade. I end up getting a notification that I owed a dollar and I was confused because why would I owe a dollar if I loaded $40 on to my card. I went in search for an employee. Yikes. It was this elderly lady that smelled like smoke with a raspy voice. I explained to her the situation and she started yelling that I needed to select power wash before trying to pay and I explained to her that's exactly what I did. She is yelling that she will go ahead force it through this one time and I'm thinking, forget the power wash I just need to get done and fine I don't need the power wash. We finally see that it timed out and she is still yelling she will "do this only one time." I'm thinking lady, I already paid $9.00 so you aren't doing anything for me." I finally just felt like, wow I don't have time for this and she is obviously not listening. I'm frustrated because I felt like she was saying that she was doing me a favor "this one time," not understanding that I have paid and I settled for the regular wash so the establishment is not out anything but I'm just wanting to finish. I go to my car to grab something and as I was putting in another load, this lady asked is I knew the loud elderly lady and I responded that I had never seen her in my life. The customer said that I needed to complain or she would complain for me. So here we are. I have a Master of Business Administration and working on my DBA, so knowing the business landscape, I only leave reviews when it is ABSOLUTELY warranted. This is one of those times. This needs to be addressed. She is not the type of employee that I'm used to seeing and it was so bad that another customer was uncomfortable. I will never be returning to this laundromat. I always spend no less than $40 when I do laundry at your facility, which I know isn't much, but if you multiply that by 3-4 a month, it adds up. I truly hope that nobody else has to experience what I did. read more

Have not had to use a laundromat mat in decades honestly. This is the new era laundromat very clean interior with responsive staff. The equipment is brand new and modern, with pay by coins or pay by app. Plenty of carts to move loads from washer to dryer. Two sizes of washers and three sizes of dryers. Also folding tables, chairs to relax in, and tv's to watch while waiting. If I am of need I will be back. read more

This is the nicest, cleanest laundromat I have been to. It opened about 6 weeks ago so everything is new. Also, they maintain the facility, washers, and dryers so well. I am picky when it comes to washing clothes and this met every standard while I wait the 6 weeks for my washer at home to be repaired. The owner/on-site attendant was super helpful and gave us an orientation to the machines: 6-load, 3-load, & standard size washer. Dryers were super clean as well. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! they over charged me, guy all but called me a liar, then when i came back admitted they over charged me, do you think he gave me back my money..NO! When I brought the over charge to his attention he said he couldn't do anything about it or confirm it ( yet he must have opened the box after i left to be able to tell me i was right), i said easy open the change box and if there is more than $7.50 in there that's proof, as the box was empty when i got there, the guy said they had been emptied that morning. Also don't expect them to buy back your access quarters..they don't do that either. We don't need business's like this, i wasn't wrong and his attitude was crap. I wont be back and I'll file a report with the BBB its not the dollar amount its the principal, a few bucks here and there can add up real quick at the end of the year this is unscrupulous business practices and should never be tolerated. For those who rely on these places this is disgusting and vile, theft is theft regardless of the amount and to admit the theft but not return the money is lower than low and speaks to the integrity of the business, to burn the very people you rely on to stay in business is ALWAYS A LOSING BUSINESS PLAN! read more

Had to come here to do laundry for our place of business and we had LOADS. It was super easy to use. Clean. Convenient. The staff was ON IT. Cleaning after every load. I brought my kids and the woman on site was super friendly, turned the tv to a children's channel and offered customer appreciation cookies to them. It was great. What a treat to find such a nice clean well maintained laundromat. We are full time RVers and have used quite an assortment of laundromats - this one is definitely in the top 5. A big plus, which I always look for, is they have an attendant on site. The machines all appear to be working, everything is clean, the attendant is very nice and helpful, and the location is good. You have the option of paying with coin or PayRange app which is nice as well. Would recommend this to anyone in the area or traveling through. read more

This is a brand new state of the art laundromat! Recently opened with all new washers and dryers to accommodate your needs. Three sizes of washers and two sizes of dryers to get your wash done in quick order. We met and talked with the owners Brenda & Keith who were very friendly and helpful. As a plus, there are big screen tv's and music playing to help pass the time while you wait. I'm not a big fan of laundromats, but I really like this one. I'll definitely be using this one until we get our washer/dryer set in our new home. They are sandwiched between the GameStop and H&R Block. read more

Once we walked in we were warmly greeted, and helped by the kindest lady who keeps the place & machines sparkling. Wow, I'm so impressed with this place that I may not replace my broken washer at home and bring my clothes here every week. It was so easy to figure out and everything was very clean. Makes the chore of laundry definitely a million times easier. Large screen TV, music playing, clean tables, floor, laundry carts to help with getting the laundry around, and bright lights. Plenty of machines, I was able to get 5 loads done in an hr, washing and drying!! Takes coin or you can use your camera to scan the code to download the app to pay. There are instructions posted all over. The app is so nice because it literally tells you approximately how much time is left on each machine. I will be renovating the laundry room next month so I'm definitely coming back here while i dont have washer/dryer then. This place is great and the young lady working this afternoon was super sweet and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but I still wanted to recognize her. They have a variety of different sized washers and dryers so I was happy to sang a large washing machine so I only had to wash once. My only complaint (and what kept it from a 5 star review) was that I had to do multiple cycles in one of the large dryers. The dryers only run five minutes for a dollar and the "high" heat cycle really wasn't drying well so I had to send it through multiple times. All in all a great experience though! read more
