The dryers will rip all your zippers off sweaters or cardigans. I reported this to three different employees trying to find out why it's happening. One worker had to get tools to bend and break my zipper to release it from the large holes in the dryer barrel. I've never had this happen at other laundry facilities. Employees didn't care, wouldn't fix the zippers. My next issue, I washed my uniforms and they came out of the dryer with white hair like strings (but not hair) covering my dark uniforms. It stuck like dog hair absolutely covering my items. I took photos and asked an employee for a refund to rewash and dry in a different machine. Nope....he handed me a lint roller. read more

Some wonderful human being left their laundry over night in the washers at my hotel. So to do my laundry I had to venture out into the world. Luckily I found this place was nearby. Very clean. Not crowded. Nice machine and efficient machine. The dude working there was super nice. They even offer a service to do your laundry for you if you want. No coins needed. Just get a card from a kiosk, preload it with cash. And when you're done you can cash out your card and get your balance back. Definitely one of the nicer laundromats I have used. read more

Tonight I was greeted by a very friendly & helpful person - Sam! She told me she trains other workers there & went on to help me wash my comforter, even adding the bleach. This laundromat is coin-free & she kept a tab for me, even transferring my heavy blanket to the dryer & starting it. I was just so impressed by her attitude - she treated each customer with the same courtesy she showed me, always smiling & enjoying her job. Customer service is the gold standard for sure. I'm blown away at this place! I came to visit my son who lives in Spokane and he was very behind on laundry. He had blankets and towels in addition to regular clothes. What started as a huge undertaking (bagging everything up, carrying it a distance, putting in the car, unloading at the laundry room, etc) ended up being a great experience! The people who worked there were so helpful and friendly! They even have pods and dryer sheets for sale. I made the mistake of getting tons of quarters, but they weren't needed because they have prepaid cards you purchase here! Additionally, the place was spotless-unbelievably clean! This is the only place in the greater Spokane area to wash acrylic rugs that are of big and bigger size. They have giant laundry machines and dryers that can handle it. We came in and did the self-serve wash for an 8 x 10 acrylic rug ...washed and dried it End it came out so beautifully clean! We're going to be going again with another 8 x 10 rug that needs cleaning. I like not having to use harsh chemicals or trying to call in a steam cleaner for just one spot rug. The attendant was also extremely helpful. Definitely giving this a big thumbs up. read more

This place is awesome but expensive. The machines are quality German machines that wash clothes good and leaves it clean but you definitely pay for it. Will say this is the most expensive laundry mat I've ever been to but the staff and environment is very pleasant and I always enjoy coming here. I love that they have a playroom for your kids and a clean bathroom for their customers. This place is very clean only thing is that it's a little pricey. Just heads up if you want to use hot water too wash you will pay more for hot water. I have never seen this but I'm not from here. I just moved here from Louisiana 9 mo ago so I have learned so much with in the 9 mo. Traveling and needed to do laundry. Yelped the Laundry Room and they had onsite staff and took credit cards so I didn't have make a quest for quarters. Place is super clean, lots of machines, and Athena is SUPER helpful. They have a "guest card" you can put money on with your CC and will refund the unused balance. Have been using this laundromat for years. Went in today and the attendant is not wearing a mask despite letters on the door stating it is a state mandate. Walking all over the place with no mask. Multiple people in the establishment as well most without mask. She the proceeds to tell a patron that she was recently busted for not wearing a mask in the laundromat and next time will get a 10k fine for violating the order. She stated she does not wear her mask when she is behind the counter which is a violation of the state mandate. She only put on a mask when she saw I was looking at her. Then her family members come in without masks and she says nothing. Hopefully the owner will wisen up before he gets that fine. I will be doing my laundry elsewhere. This is the cleanest, most modern, and friendly laundromat I have ever been to. Our home is on a well system, so we like to do laundry in town every so often to save water. A family member recommended this place to us and raved about its nice machines. They have around 24 washers, a handful of which are extra large capacity, and about 24 dryers, also which some are extra large. The machines are cleaned regularly and they work great. They also offer a great little play area for kids which is nice for my two-year-old. Will be visiting here for all my laundry needs from now on. P.S. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SUPER NICE! read more

First time being here and I love it! I forgot my soap and I didn't have quarters so I stopped just to check it out and then I was going to get the stuff I need well I was surprised that they offer everything here without you having to leave! I put my clothes in and they put the soap on and put the money in the machines they where super friendly and explained how everything works and I was putting my stuff in bigger machines and they told me they would fit in smaller ones so they won't charge me so much! Went there 11/21/18 to drop off laundry and the attendant told me that there was a minimum 48 hour turn around as per policy. She also said since thanksgiving was tomorrow they wouldn't have my laundry done until possibly Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. She acted like she just didn't want my business and it was too close to the holiday to bother. So I went to a nearby competitor and got my laundry done in 3 hours. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I hope the owner reads this review and realizes what their employees are telling people. read more

Very nice clean convenient laundry facility. Our laundry burnt down in Gonzaga district is when we transfered to this one. I take my grandson about every 2 weeks. I have had my laundry anonymously paid for on one occasion and yesterday we went in and the owner put Christmas bows on the dryers and ran them for free to everyone for the holiday week! I'm from out of town and my hotel didn't have laundry machines for guests to use. This location was a bit further away than other options but well worth the trip. Everything was clean and functional. The knowledgeable, friendly attendant offered to extend the drying time on the dryer if one cycle didn't finish the job. She also refunded the balance on my laundry card when I was done since I'm not local and wouldn't be back to spend it. Our Uber driver on the way praised the safety of the neighborhood -- we were there midday with absolutely no problems. I'd go here again if I was in Spokane and needed to do laundry. read more

Uses a card system not coins so I ended up with $2 on a card I can't use anywhere else (not a big deal) they could use a little more seating but I really did like how they broke the folding space up.
