5 STARS -- WHAT AN AMAZING TRANSFORMATION!…read more I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Hamilton Wash & Dry in Spokane, Washington! If you haven't been here in a while because of how things used to be, I'm telling you, GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER CHANCE! Let's face it, this laundromat didn't always have the best reputation. There used to be some questionable activity going on, and it wasn't exactly a place you looked forward to visiting. But let me tell you, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, THIS PLACE HAS DONE A COMPLETE 180! The difference is like night and day! It's absolutely amazing what good management and people who genuinely care can do for a business. And I especially want to recognize JAMIE! Jamie is my go-to gal, and she is absolutely wonderful! She takes care of my laundry from start to finish -- washing, drying, and folding everything beautifully, all in a very timely manner. She is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in what she does. It's such a blessing to have someone I can trust to take care of my laundry! I also want to give credit where credit is due to the new management. Turning a business around and rebuilding its reputation takes dedication, hard work, and a commitment to doing things right.
