Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

The store associate was friendly, quickly scanned my return, and asked if I wanted a printed receipt, to which I said yes just in case something happened to my return while in transit. I will definitely consider this my go-to location for my Amazon returns.

I was already put off before I even got inside this UPS Store. As I walked up with my package, a…read moresobbing mom and her daughter were walking out, clearly shaken. The mom said she'd just had a bad experience in the store, and seeing her leave in tears immediately made me concerned and wonder what had happened. When I got to the counter with my package, the employee said it needed a quick seal. She told me she could tape it for $2. I wouldn't mind paying that if the box needed tape all over, but this was literally a tiny, 2-3 inch piece of tape just to cover a flap. Goodwill goes a long way, and good businesses make things easy for people, not difficult. That silly, frustrating interaction with an employee who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for people instantly made me understand why the previous customer was so upset. It's not about the $2; it's about an employee/policy that chooses to nickel-and-dime customers for a simple courtesy. This experience was enough for me to look for other, more customer-friendly options for my future shipping and return needs. Or keeping 2 inches of tape with me at all times

The employee named Thomas was unwilling to accommodate my request of providing a pre paid return shipping envelope. Went on a spiel of how he has been scammed multiple times offering that service. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I packed up my documents and in the process I accidentally grabbed an envelope he was going to provide. Thomas decided to come out in the parking lot while I was in my truck getting ready to leave. He proceeded to yell at me and belittle me and threatened to call the police because I accidentally took the envelope. I gave him back the envelope. Thomas then hit the mirror of my truck. The mirror now has damage to the turn signal. Thomas demonstrated an inability to control his anger and made the conscious decision to cause damage to my truck. I have all of his behavior documented and recorded. Look at the attached still photos of him hitting my mirror. The owners of this business have demonstrated a repeated failure to accept responsibility for their actions. Numerous public complaints across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Yelp describe similar issues involving aggressive conduct by the owners, Thomas and Robin. During my interaction with the business, Thomas made contact with the mirror of my truck, resulting in observable damage. Despite this, the owners declined to acknowledge responsibility or offer an apology. Instead, they disputed the incident and attempted to attribute fault to me. I find the lack of accountability, professionalism, and good-faith effort to address the matter concerning. Given the consistency of comparable complaints from other customers, this appears to reflect a broader pattern in how disputes are handled by this business. This statement is provided for the purpose of documenting my experience and informing others.

The USPS website will give you an error when you try to change your address to the one assigned by Sasquatch. Apparently there is one address for Sasquatch customers, and each gets their own "suite" number, but USPS website won't allow a suite number at the address. You have to go to the Post Office in person to make the change. I am an expat and can't do that until I visit the US. So YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE US. That being said, customer service was pretty responsive to my calls and emails with my multiple questions. They refunded my payment promptly when we found out that I could not forward my mail to them. They very helpfully pointed out that the phone service that was included with the service I chose had to be cancelled separately, or I would have continued to be charged for it. So they won't try to fool you into spending money that you don't need to. Thanks, Sasquatch, and if I don't find another solution before I visit the US, I will try again!
