The UPS Store franchise has their game together and I really appreciate that. I would say that the folks at this UPS store are a little less friendly than some of the others that I have had relationships with over the years but they get the job done and let's be honest, we're not there to kiss and cuddle. This branch just moved from their location on Government into the Albertsons shopping center on the corner of 95 and Prairie. This has given them much more and better parking and easier access from all directions. Big win there guys!! They haven't gotten their UPS store sign up yet and so it says Party USA out front with a UPS store vinyl sign hanging off of it. That made it a little hard to find the first time but I'm sure they'll get a permanent sign at some point, maybe when Trump gets back in office and the economy can function correctly again? read more

If negative stars was a thing! Worst customer experience I can ever remember having! I'll never use UPS to ship anything again! If your goal as a business is to have customers have the worst experience ever, you guys are killing it! Sent an important DOL package that took me half a day to get. Had it notarized and paid money to have it shipped from Hayden UPS. Package was supposed to be there in 5 days. Called Hayden few days after it was supposed to arrive and didn't. They said Tacoma main shipping store lost it and to call Tacoma. You can't get ahold of anyone there. Can't get ahold of anyone at Hayden. Left a VM. No response. It's now a week later. I was curious about Hayden's response and so I called a random store in Tacoma, they said that Hayden is absolutely responsible for tracking it down. Called Hayden back and finally got ahold of someone. She got the details, said that it's weird, and she'll have the manager call me back. A week goes by. Manager never calls me back. Left a VM. No call back again! We're going on over a month now. Called again, got ahold of someone. I told her my story and when I did, I mistakenly said package notarized instead of document, her response was "a package notarized hehe" in a sarcastic tone. This lady had the audacity to sarcastically call out me saying package instead of document after explaining to her my beyond crappy experience. I've never been so mad in my life! I'm praying I can get ahold of the owner. Finally, got ahold of the manager the same day, but they clearly could care less! I had to pry for any attempt of her to apologize, sympathize, try to make it better, show some sign of humanity, anything!!! Dumbfounded! The attitude at that store is beyond acceptable. I own a business and if any of my employees responded to a customer and/or left a customer to feel the way I did, that would be there last day. read more

We needed a mail forwarding service, so we were referred to this company...first of all limited parking. Secondly a LONG line, with only one person working behind the counter. The truck came in to pick up mail, and she was so busy that she told the man she did not have the mail ready--to come back tomorrow...they need to hire another employee! If you are waiting to get your mail forwarded--- you will have an unnecessarily long delay. Go to Postal Annex at 9030 N. Hess Street, right off of the #95[near Walmart]. They are great---less expensive too. No long line, plenty of parking. Much more flexible, they will forward automatically, or only when you contact them and tell them to. read more

I've been here a few times, only to drop things off all ready for shipment. Those other two times i didn't have any problems and would've given a 3 or 4 star review, but this last time lowers it significantly. This time, I believe, I encountered the same lady that other reviewers have written about. When I first walked in, the older lady was on her cell phone talking to her daughter. For almost one uncomfortable minute of her talking on the phone and awkwardly trying to give me a receipt for drop-off confirmation, she finally got off the phone and directed her attention to a "customer." Then she continued to complain about how hard it is to raise kids. Okay, that's fine, I understand, but when you're directly dealing with people as customers, then acknowledge them and get off the frickin' phone. read more

I'm not from here, needed to print a couple of documents, and this place was close. Yelp reviews not impressive except for last one who said there was a new owner. I don't know if that's true or not but I spent a little time here today, using the computer and printer. Both gals behind the counter are not only friendly, and helpful, but they've been kind to every person who's walked through the door while I've been here. I'd happily do business here again. Every time I have gone into this store the person behind the counter has been unfriendly, act like you're causing them a huge inconvenience and just plain rude. They want to charge you for the highest way of shipping rather than help out and find the lowest shipping available. Won't return again. I normally do have a good experience but it Was not the case this time. I had to make two trips today because for some reason the cashier girl was extremely rude when I was trying to drop off a return. She just kept cutting me off before I could ask my question. Amazon on the website said I needed no printed shipping label that I just needed to present a QR code. She grabbed my phone without asking and tried to correct me and found out what I was saying was true. Then proceeded to say She wouldn't take my return because now I need to provide my own box. the other item I had was in a box and she told me I need to take it they don't take boxes! It was so crazy! I never had that happen before either. I asked if things changed? she just didn't respond and rolled her eyes. So I went back home got a box for one item and came back.I was helped by another girl who was very nice, and then of course the QR code wouldn't scan(my fault not theirs, screen wasn't bright enough) The manager saw me and she came over extremely rude and said next time I come in shes going to charge me for any return. I thought she was joking but she said no I'm going to charge you. Wouldn't give a reason, i just wont go back there. I did absolutely nothing to them, the moment I came in they already had an attitude. I typically don't review but with what happened it was extremely rude and in hopes things change. read more

I've been getting my mail delivered here for years. They consistently put my mail in someone else's box, or deliver me someone else's mail. This happens at least once a week. The mailing supplies are overpriced, and I suspect they don't pay their employees as much as they deserve. If you want to spend more money on shipping or shipping supplies than you would at any other UPS Store, give this place a visit. read more

I won't go there anymore. Anytime I had a question or needed help with something I was treated very negatively. One day I got there about 5 minutes before closing. I was in the middle of bringing in a few boxes and was told they didn't have time, I needed to take them out and come back. When I go to the one on Government Way across from Michael's they will stay as late as needed to take care of my packages. PLUS they do it with a SMILE!! read more

What a great experience! I was concerned because of the Yelp reviews but saw they stemmed from a previous person so gave them a go. I'm so pleased! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door though they were very busy. All smiles even through this Christmas rush and someone came to me personally to take the UPS package I'd pre-labeled. I'm a local and I'll be visiting this specific UPS Store any time I need to ship or use any other service they offer. The store is clean, neat, well-stocked and the staff is top-notch. Stopped at Hayden UPS Store today to quickly make some copies of a flyer. They did not have ANY colored paper except stock paper in beige which was too heavy. Instead of being able to print my flyer on colored paper for .11 cents per page, I ended up paying .49 cents per page for colored flyers so it would stand out. The young girl behind the counter was nice enough but customer service was a bit sucky. She needed be more empathetic to the fact they advertise copy/print, but you need to stock colored paper! It's the closest place to me for quick jobs like this but I may go into Office Max where I know they will always have what I need and superior customer service I might add. read more

Helpful, useful customer service with a wonderful attitude! I was shipping something from a UPS in Washington to a UPS in Idaho so my package wouldn't get stolen off of a porch. They were more than happy to receive the package and hold it for five days so my family could go get their package safely and local. There is a reasonable $5 dollar fee for pick up. after using UPS in Hayden so many times, I forgot what time that they open so when I looked I saw a lot of negative response from Yelp. and I just want to make it clear ups in Hayden is wonderful. I had just found out today, they have gotten a new owner and a lot of things have changed. when I was mentioning this to an employee I was surprised to see a bad response as they have always been friendly, and cooperative, and easy to work with. then I realized from talking to the employee that there was a previous owner that is why they had such bad reviews. Make sure you ask what their charges are to package what you have before they do it! I went in to have my xmas packages packaged and shipped. I fully expected to be charged for the boxes etc. The charge they gave me was outrageous! $40 just to package 3 small boxes up and then an additional $45 to ship!
