Not a surprise as I have used staples before for recycling. I called first because hey, maybe they have specific hours for that. Recycling confirmed! I arrive and am told it costs $20. What? I didn't see that online nor has it cost me elsewhere. Would be nice if that had been mentioned when I called. A more thorough search online does show that printer is excluded from free recycling at this location and requires a $9.99 fee. Get it together, Staples. I know you usually cost more than other places for office supplies, but at least I know that upfront. Fortunately I have a lot of other options for recycling and office supplies and won't have to return.
