As far as I can tell this is the only place in the area, aside from the post office, that will ship to a military base overseas. I prefer to give my money to smaller businesses and less to the federal government at any chance I get. I enjoy supporting small businesses and this one is no different. Sending to an APO overseas can be tricky and if the shipping sheet has one mistake then your package will never make it or it will make it months later. Not once, have i experienced a problem with my package not making it to it's destination! Allison is typically the woman who helps me and 9 out of 10 times I am shipping to my fiance in afghanistan. At this point she practically knows me name and we exchange friendly banter as soon as I walk in. What an awesome business They have every size and shape box imaginable here, all packing supplies one could ever need... PEANUTS FOR DAYS They ship for every major shipping company, they make copies of keys, they have p.o.boxes for rent along side their copy and print center. This place has it all and sometimes, if you are lucky, there will be a little frenchie in there to great you at the door. read more

I called with questions. Zack had answers and good ones! We had a DHL package for Taiwan that was going on the customer's DHL account. He said to bring 4 copies of the Commercial Invoice. He spent about 20-30 minutes entering the info and was very helpful. Great positive attitude as well. I forgot to get the tracking info for the customer so I called Zack about an hour later. He was busy and offered to call back, which he did. That was our first time there and it won't be the last. Great place!! Thanks very much, Zack! read more

This is a very nice alternative to the post office around the holiday time there is very little wait. The staff is always very helpful, with very many shipping options. They also ship DHL to India that is Handy for me. They have a very good location between Coeur d'Alene and Hayden read more
