When I got to the counter with my package, the employee said it needed a quick seal. She told me she could tape it for $2. I wouldn't mind paying that if the box needed tape all over, but this was literally a tiny, 2-3 inch piece of tape just to cover a flap. Goodwill goes a long way, and good businesses make things easy for people, not difficult. That silly, frustrating interaction with an employee who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for people instantly made me understand why the previous customer was so upset. It's not about the $2; it's about an employee/policy that chooses to nickel-and-dime customers for a simple courtesy.
