3 different businesses that I know personally have gone in and been treated rudely by the office…read moremanager. The first one had multiple and expensive prints done and they came out blurry, poor quality. She was offered a small discount if she reordered. Second business man went in and wasn't greeted. He had to say hello twice. Office folks acted like it was a big deal to deal with a walk in customer versus an online order. The third business person was myself. I called prior to coming in and spoke to a new front desk lady, explained what I needed and what I had . She said no problem come on in. When I came in the new desk lady said twice "I'm new and will need to ask my manager how to do this". The manager was sitting in a corner desk less than 5' away from her and didn't get up or offer any help. Th ends lady finally got up and asked the manager for help. Long story short the manager said the file was not correct and that I would need to download Canva Professional to get the correct file. When I asked questions she became upset, turned her back on me and threw her hands up in the air and said " I'm trying to help you and you don't listen". I asked her what caused her attitude and she didn't have any other answer except to make rude statements. I finally lost my temper and told her that she is so rude and unprofessional and that other business owners that we are in business group had also complained about her. She talked so much trash after I told her how I felt that I finally asked for all my paperwork back and told her to fuck off. It takes a lot to make me angry and neither myself nor the other business will ever go there again. I went to Staples in Coeur D Alene and was treated so well. What I needed done was accomplished with 20 minutes and with a smile. I didn't need to buy or download anything other than what I had provided the Minuteman Printing in Rathdrum.
