I know this specific location has had issues with customer service, however with Dylan at the desk,…read morehe single-handedly combats those issues. I came in to mail a couple of Christmas gifts and he was extremely accommodating. He took the time to explain my options, have a pertinent yet succinct conversation with me, and then packaged up my presents for me to ship. All during the Christmas hustle and bustle. So grateful for humans-beings like Dylan, who work hard to serve our community by doing their jobs well. A HUGE shout out to Dylan for doing his job with a phenomenal attitude, in-spite of being exhausted and run down by the 2020 Christmas crowds. Thank you!

Yesterday I went in during the afternoon to check out a couple of particular laptops that I had…read morebeen researching. No luck, but an associate showed me a Pavilion, which I did not want. She turned me around and showed me another computer and, as she assured me that this computer had many of the features that I wanted from the other computers, including the backlit keyboard, I bought it. Mistake. I opened the box, started the process of getting the computer going . . . and discovered she had pushed another Pavilion on me. I went to the web site and checked and it was a computer I had rejected because it DID NOT have many of the features I had stated that I wanted; no backlit keyboard for one . . . AND it was more expensive! I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for. We'll average that to a 4.

As a non-professional designer ordering business cards for my company, I had a terrible experience…read morewith Digital Lizard. The cards arrived with obvious white borders around every single card, completely ruining the clean, professional look we needed. Their instructions on bleed were vague at best. They told us to "add extra to the height and width" for a standard 3.5" x 2" card -- but gave no clear explanation, no clear specific dimensions. How are non-designers supposed to know what that means? Worse yet, there was no warning during the order process. Any decent printer would at least flag issues like this before running the job. When we reached out for support, they refused to offer a refund or even a reprint -- despite the cards being unusable and the fault lying in their failure to provide clear, accessible guidance. We're now stuck with a full batch of poorly trimmed business cards that reflect badly on our company. I would not recommend Digital Lizard to anyone -- especially not small businesses or individuals without print design experience. They offer no help, no accountability, and no customer service when things go wrong.
