I know this specific location has had issues with customer service, however with Dylan at the desk, he single-handedly combats those issues. I came in to mail a couple of Christmas gifts and he was extremely accommodating. He took the time to explain my options, have a pertinent yet succinct conversation with me, and then packaged up my presents for me to ship. All during the Christmas hustle and bustle. So grateful for humans-beings like Dylan, who work hard to serve our community by doing their jobs well. This is a great store with several services. You can get a notary public here and grab a few people (customers) who are hanging around (for your witnesses) and that will work if you need to sign something when your bank can't be your notary. There are also some pretty impressive looking copy machines that you could use (prices aren't all bad if you bring your own paper). Plus, this store is also a UPS store, so you know that you can send packages if you need to do that. read more

went to mail an Amazon return and was told I needed to purchase a box for 7 dollars. I had already boxed item up in unmarked (no label) box per Amazon instructions. Employees said it had to be in original box with original label....These people were so rude! This item had to be returned that day and I drove 45 minutes to return this. No other UPS stores opened that day, Presidents holiday. so they printed a label and slapped it on the new 7 dollar box, which looked identical to the box item was in, stating this was Amazons new policy. Called Amazon after getting home and was told this was not policy and I had been misled. I would give a negative 5 star to this UPS store; employees lied and were rude. The UPS store on lower Grand Boulevard is great---friendly, helpful and they don't lie! Too bad they were not open that day! read more

The store on 29th in Spokane rarely answers their phone, today a rude, incompetent chauvinistic pig insisted that the man is primary on mailboxes and would not listen that there is no man on my mailbox that I've been paying for the last 6 years. 3 days ago, started leaving messages w address to send my mail as this is why got in first place with all my travels. My friend is going through a difficult situation and has a legal POA to pick up her husband's mail who happens to be in a Mental Hospital since July. Her husband is extremely paranoid and delusional and has very little insight. They have been giving her a difficult time getting her husband's mail. Each store is infividually owned. They have told her weeks ago legal would have to look at her POA. She has had to call the corporate offices and the US Post office who gave her contradictory information and said a POA would allow her to recieved mail on behalf of another. Her husband and her are paying customers for years. She predominantly handles all the business affairs. I actually took a copy to the US post office where a family member works to ask them. Their manager looked at it and noted it is very legal. She also calked the USPostal Service and also was told she could pick up his mail. Every other agency has accepted it yet they have not been accomodating and have been stalling on giving her the mail. This woman gives so much to the community and to her family and does not deserve this treatment. She recieved one phone call back from a worker byt not one call in 2 months from the owner of stores 1296 and 3832. Shameful! read more

I am a regular customer,but as of today I will NEVER set foot in this store again.The young man, tall with glasses was so rude and condescending. So I needed to fax something and of course I don't have a fax machine at my apt. I walked to this UPS Store and the guy that was helping was friendly. However, they like to way overcharge for a simple fax. I needed to fax 3 pages to number in California. So for 3 pages of fax it would have cost me $4. Well, in this kind of economy $4 is nothing to sneeze at. They wanted to charge $2 for the first page and $1 for every page after that. So instead I just mailed the darn thing. read more

Just came in to get a copy. The staff was super nice and helped with the copy. They didn't even charge me the 10 cents.

I brought in a painting that has been in our family for many years, and asked them to wrap and ship the painting. The protection for the painting was fantastic; I couldn't have asked them to do any better. read more
