So, when I needed something printed I thought I would give them a try. Online quote request at http://mojoprint.solutions/ was super easy to use. I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30. We had a little mixup on the invoice but I simply pointed it out and they were really accommodating about allowing me to call in with payment once they got the invoice corrected. It was super smooth to get it resolved and I loved seeing how they handled a problem. I'll print here again because I know they will communicate well and also resolve things promptly!

It is operated by intelligent people who value your business, even if you aren't a huge client (yet... fingers crossed). Their pricing is reasonable and fair. While searching for a printer in Spokane, I came across Mojo Print Solutions. I contacted them with precise specifications and was invited in to discuss my project. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I had found the right place for my business venture. The customer area was clean, organized, and well thought out, which immediately made me feel confident that I could expect a high quality result. After a few weeks of back and forth communications, they delivered my full (and complex) order. I was blown away at the quality Mojo delivered. They have truly earned my business. I had a 5/5 experience at Mojo.

I understand if policies change, I understand if processes change, I understand that some people might have a bad day. BUT what in the total teat was that? Embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store was so wrong on many levels. Was I upset? Yep, when you refused to talk to me or actually hear anything I was saying. I'm sure it showed. Not once would the yappity angry woman stop talking long enough to have real dialogue. The problem - she is blaming Amazon and me. She wouldn't even look at the email sent from the UPS Store, by the the UPS Store that had nothing about Amazon in it. She refused. I just wanted to understand. She told me to call Amazon. So I countered, does Amazon normally answer questions about the UPS Store emails? That seems odd. She wouldn't even print my label until I listened to all her vile words first. She made that clear. I asked two times "please print my label so I could leave" and she said she would after she was done explaining everything for the third time (in a condescending tone) and I could leave if I didn't let her. She even said "have a nice day" sarcastically and angrily when I said, could I please pay for my Label. Yeah Customer Service at its finest. Again, I could think it was a me problem and I was emitting some sort of "please accost me" vibe, but I saw her handle another customer just as unprofessionally. Now, did she actually return my package or throw it away? I guess time will tell.
