He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone.
