Not once would the yappity angry woman stop talking long enough to have real dialogue. The problem - she is blaming Amazon and me. She wouldn't even look at the email sent from the UPS Store, by the the UPS Store that had nothing about Amazon in it. She refused. I just wanted to understand. She told me to call Amazon. So I countered, does Amazon normally answer questions about the UPS Store emails? That seems odd. She wouldn't even print my label until I listened to all her vile words first. She made that clear. I asked two times "please print my label so I could leave" and she said she would after she was done explaining everything for the third time (in a condescending tone) and I could leave if I didn't let her. She even said "have a nice day" sarcastically and angrily when I said, could I please pay for my Label. Yeah Customer Service at its finest. Again, I could think it was a me problem and I was emitting some sort of "please accost me" vibe, but I saw her handle another customer just as unprofessionally. Now when FedEx Express drops stuff off I asked them if they can take them and drop them off so they can get sent out to my customers. They have told me that they aren't supposed to do that but they will anyways because the package has been sitting in the pickup location for 3+ days. These customers I have are paying alot of money for these parts in general then adding shipping on top of that then they have to wait like a week to get their parts when it should have only taken maybe 3 days to get to them from the time the order is placed by me to the manufacturer, shipped to me then out to them... We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.

I would highly recommend Mobile Notary to anyone with little time and the need to get these legal documents completed quickly. Total time spent from start to finish, was around 15-minutes with Richard and his wife Teri as one of our witnesses. Phenomenal service for a great price! $30 for them to come to you, $10/stamp (ie. 1x will needed 1x stamp), and then $10/witness provided by them (so, for us, we needed 1x more witness provided by them), for a total of $60.
