Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. Turns out I didn't crop them well and the printing was a little off. The FedEx staff member took the time to go back and edit my file, reprint on higher quality paper, and trim the pages. The finished product was everything I had hoped for. And without ever making me feel like I had been an inconvenience...even though I kept them working 15 minutes after closing. Add to the excellent service the fact that it's the holiday season so I know the staff have an overwhelming amount of orders to take care of. That extra ounce of attentiveness in light of that just makes it even more impressive to me.
