Great service and quick turnaround! Thanks John and Vanessa!…read moreI asked a local company several weeks ago to work on a banner for my search and rescue unit. I was promised a digital proof a few days later. Fast forward three weeks and I didn't hear back from that company. A quick Internet search connected me with John at Signs for Success. I spoke to him on a Tuesday morning and told him I needed the banner by Friday. Late into the evening on Tuesday, I was receiving digital proofs and was able to share the images with teammates and deliver a decision Wednesday morning. I'm looking forward to a beautiful product in a couple more days!

So, when I needed something printed I thought I would give them a try. Online quote request at http://mojoprint.solutions/ was super easy to use. I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30. We had a little mixup on the invoice but I simply pointed it out and they were really accommodating about allowing me to call in with payment once they got the invoice corrected. It was super smooth to get it resolved and I loved seeing how they handled a problem. I'll print here again because I know they will communicate well and also resolve things promptly!

The short of it: Brian with Golden Dumpsters provides…read moreexcellent customer service. Great communication skills. Quotes that are very much exactly what the final cost will be. Efficient at what he does. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and his company. The long of it: We sadly had to fell a 100 year old pine tree in our backyard that has become unhealthy and posed several risk factors such as beetles, fire danger, and close proximity to our home. (Please note, we had an entomologist from the State DNR come out to our home who provided us with a free evaluation before we took measures to take down the tree.) How did Brian with Golden Dumpsters fit into all of this? Well, he got rid of the tree after we felled it and he did this in a perfectly timed manner. All we had to do was cut the trunk into rounds and he took it from there. He is equipped with a chainsaw and limbs the branches. AND! He even rakes up the small parts (I was floored). In addition, originally we had hired Brian to take away the large tree rounds and was going to have another company come out and chip the crown and limbs of the tree. But Brian assessed the tree and provided us with a quote that was a better price and option than doing the chipping. And he did this for us all on the same day. This was such a huge relief to us because our main goal and concern was to not attract beetles to the felled tree (cause that produces more beetles and more risk of our healthy trees dying). Note, we lost 4 trees total to beetles this year and this is after we have been very diligent in thinning out our 7 acre property. How many truck loads did Brian haul for us? Total of 2. We took this opportunity to haul away a bunch of junk that's been hanging around our home (broken stairs, rotted garden beds, hoses, sprinkler systems, old bookcases). I will take full credit for hauling all said items into one pile. And as in the words of my husband, "Lot of money spent on hauling today, but it was well worth it." Work completed on June 21, 2022.
