We took the legal documents constructed on Total Legal and opted for a mobile notary to finalize the affidavit page. I would highly recommend Mobile Notary to anyone with little time and the need to get these legal documents completed quickly. Phenomenal service for a great price! $30 for them to come to you, $10/stamp (ie. 1x will needed 1x stamp), and then $10/witness provided by them (so, for us, we needed 1x more witness provided by them), for a total of $60. All done within the confines of our own home. Thank you Richard & Teri.
