OD is close and had a toner cartridge for a nice, online price. I went to the store and the cartridge was significantly more expensive. It'd probably be a wash when you add shipping for online, but they shouldn't be doing that. They have the store for a reason and it's cheaper to ship bulk. The sales people are always great at quickly matching the online price, but many folks might not realize to do that and it's also a way to kill the stores when people find out and get angry. The store prices should match the online price. Still, the store is handy and the people are always very helpful. It's the pricing that keeps it from a five-star review.

Turns out I didn't crop them well and the printing was a little off. The FedEx staff member took the time to go back and edit my file, reprint on higher quality paper, and trim the pages. The finished product was everything I had hoped for. And without ever making me feel like I had been an inconvenience...even though I kept them working 15 minutes after closing. Add to the excellent service the fact that it's the holiday season so I know the staff have an overwhelming amount of orders to take care of.
