I've only come in here a few times but they have always been kind and helpful. Yesterday was even better! The young man running things in the early afternoon was all by himself and there were multiple people to help. I thought I'd be waiting quite a while, but he got one person started on their info and proceeded to help three of us quickly while that was being done!! It would have been easy for him to just deal with one thing at a time, but he was friendly, hard working and super efficient. This is the kind of employee everyone dreams to have. i go to UPS all the time--usually it goes smoothly with great help. I went in today after a medical procedure. And that is significant because I did not take my purse- because of carrying the weight. so only took my credit card,phone and item to return. i usually request someone to help me type in the address of their store for a label. today when I asked they said 'no we dont do that anymore'. I was shocked. I asked them if this was a corporate decision or their decision. and the one helping me said 'Our decision" and then another employee walked behind me and said "we made a decision not to do that anymore" And I said. Well, I don't have my glasses. I can't even see my phone. I need your help. THE response. 'Well, maybe next time bring your glasses' ... really? Two of the others behind the counter are laughing and giggling with their little immature heads together like kids in grade school. So I looked at them and I said maybe when you're my age, you'll know it's not so funny.... at which they looked at each other and laughed more. I said something to the affect.. so 'telling Boomer jokes, make you laugh'...by now I am angry. Now I am trying to type- I typed the store email incorrectly so it did not go through. So the guy says to me, try typing and get the numbers right....REALLY?? I love doing this. I just thought I would stand here typing for entertainment. GOOD grief. I was in the store so long for what is normally a 2-3 minutes exercise for what 15 minutes?? Or longer. A very affective use of employee time. I had the entire line stalled while I tried squinted to read my phone and the sign. So after this delightful experience, I called the national complaint line. This is horrible customer service. And for what?? i never want to go back there again. Will figure something else out. Sigh.... AND the national complaint line says there is NO such rule. So there is that.... read more

Judging by prior reviews, I'm not the only woman who has issues with Blake lying and being condescending at this location. I went into this store 3 different times to ship a package back to Amazon because Blake gave me inaccurate information. He said I couldn't put a shipping label on a brand name box for an Amazon return because Amazon wouldn't accept it. I went home and spoke to Amazon in a chat, they told me it was fine. I also looked up UPS policies and they say it's fine, too. So I put the UPS label that Amazon gave to me on the item box, brought it back in, and explained to Blake that Amazon said it was fine. He said Amazon doesn't know the "regulations." I said, "Amazon doesn't know their own rules?" He told me to leave. I asked for his last name, he said it was "none of my business." So I snapped a picture. He tried to give a thumb's up; he clearly does not care. A prior review here also names him as having a documented track record of lying to customers about packaging prices. Looking back, I think he thought he was clever and that he could essentially trick me into buying packaging there. Not surprisingly, this franchise is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Go out of your way to avoid doing business here. They will lie, and make up "regulations" to waste your time and try to take your money. As someone who has extensive experience in managerial positions, I wouldn't keep an employee like that on staff. I'll be letting Amazon know about my experience there, also. read more

I went in to use a QR code return for Zipley router since I am relocating. I did not realize I needed packaging. The clerk said buy a box for $5-$6. I walked over where packaging supplies are seeing cheaper alternatives when he spoke up and said the cheapest plastic bag was $3 or $4. On the top shelf was one for $1.90 After I pays I mentioned he might want to consider improving his customer service skills by helping customers find all alternatives not just the most expensive ones. He replied by saying " I think I have it, I'll just keep doing it the same way I always have" Which actually substantiates my point, he is clueless about customer service. Was berated and mocked by Blake yesterday, in such an aggressive manner, simply because he could not understand what a 'cancelled check' means, for proof of payment. Some of the comments he made to me (a 65 year old woman)..'..you are being ridiculous', 'you are being rude and 'I can close out your box', 'I cannot print out receipts for your account', 'The owner will not speak with you, and I won't leave her a message to call you, because I am the Manager', it went on and on, one lie after another. Seeing the many posts, suggesting the same behavior, its concerning that the owner of this store is allowed to stay in business. I used UPS store in other cities, all with positive results. I'm afraid Blake will destroy my mail until I am able to change address with all my vendors, since he has unchecked authority at this store. Will never use UPS store again, since they are obviously not regulated. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Liberty Lake, Washington

As a UPS access point, this location is a joke. Never had a problem with the UPS store in the Valley. Apparently, they just bulk sign for UPS packages and they may get delivered throughout the day. I sure don't know why they are even signing, it doesn't mean a package will be there. Day 1: I received a notification from UPS that a package had arrived. I drive over to the store. The package is not there, When I show the clerk the email, I am told that doesn't mean anything, it should be here tomorrow. Day 2: Still no package. A different clerk explains that they bulk sign for everything, and that they have no idea where the package is. Day 3: I get a notification from UPS that if I don't pick up my package it will be sent back. I walk in to see one clerk sitting on the counter and the other on the computer that is for customers to use. They promptly get up. Still no package and they say I have to create a case with UPS. I was also told that the owner would promptly call me on Monday at 8 AM. Day 4: Monday. 8 AM comes and goes. I call in at 11 AM. Speak to the owner, who is not understanding at all. Says she looked thru the store and it's not there. She couldn't get it thru her head that if they sign for something it should be there. and just to update... Amazon received the return and guess what? The tracking says it was sent back from this UPS store.... because I never picked it up. Never again will I use this store for anything. read more

I was greeted by a young lady who was very helpful and courteous. I was not knowledgeable about the fax machine and how to send my documents and she was very kind and patient with me. I was unable to send the fax last night because where I was sending it to was closed for the day and she offered to have it sent this morning and promised my privacy and shredding of the documents upon faxing the paperwork this morning. I recommend that if you live in the area and need to fax and need friendly, professional service to come here for your need. I will be back in for all of my shipping and office needs. I called in because I had a shipment with a tracking number shown to come to this store. The lady on the phone told me that she had no shipment in with the name I was looking for. When I was asking her questions all she could do was huff and puff. Then she told me that her phone was going to die in about 2 seconds, we were on a landline last I checked landlines don't die. After she proceeded to hang up on me which I was being nice the whole time I tried calling back multiple times with no answer. The star will never earn my business again read more

They do not honour their own posted business hours and will be just playing on there phones inside.

The girl at the counter, Jenise, was so rude to me. I asked a simple question about dropping off a FedEx package. -It was a store return and I had no choice in carrier. I didn't think I could drop it off there, but they were close by, so I thought I'd just stop in and ask while I was out shopping. No harm in asking, right? -I didn't even have the package with me.
