Well I looked at the app to see if there was any updates on when my order would be ready for pick up, and it still said they were getting it ready. Where my frustration is, that you can not find the store number ANYWHERE. I called the one provided on the order I placed, and it just takes you straight to customer service. I checked google for the exact store too, and its the same! So there is no number for the store that I could find. So I canceled my order and will be just going to the actual verizon store, and not this "authorized" Store. I think thats a big red flag for a business to not post there store number.

In fact, piss poor customer service and outright failure to provide what the company advertises - IOW, it's false advertising to draw a customer in with $35 lines for two lines for 55+ when no location will work with you to set it up. Been with AT&T for more than 25 years. Time to switch to T-Mobile where they actually have legit plans for 55+ at a far better rate than $185 a month for two lines & two watches. BYE AT&T!
