So I was able to dump one out to fill again with some previous juice I had stashed for a rainy day! After the new juice came out the cotton, it went back to normal. Well, I ran out of that, so I had to put the juice that seems to be faulty back in. IT BURNT MY POD AGAIN!!! SO, I go into the store, trying to see if they can fix this for me! They say that I can buy another pod and see if it fixes or buy new juice! They wouldn't replace the juice. They wouldn't even reolace a pod. I wasn't going to waste more money on another pod that was going to get burnt using the same exact juice!!! I don't understand that. I bought something faulty from this store and they won't switch it out. They said they can't afford to and aren't allowed. I can't afford it either!!! I'm just out 30$ that I spent here! So, I can't go back there either. I have worked in customer service most of my life. When you sell something faulty or of that nature, you fix it!!!

Cliff notes back story: -I worked in the industry for years -I know a lot about cannabis and that each product goes far beyond the THC content. -I look for flavour and smell I gave her a brief list of strains I like (I'm more focused on terps) and a price range and this girl got me a half and 2 AIO live resin pens. I got home and DEAR LAWDYYY AM I IN LOVE. She absolutely nailed the flavour profile I wanted with very little prompting- lately I've not met many budtenders that can do that. Did I mention they were all prepackaged?! That's right, she KNOWS the products she sells. I'm a tough critic when it comes to budtending (although rarely confrontational) bc I just want to be treated how I treated my customers back in the day. It's a far drive but I will come back here JUST to get her recommendations again! thank you for being a great budtender queeeen!!

(Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.
