A few months ago I left a very negative review about coils burning out @ this business I have gone to for years, I assumed they were defective coils, wrote the first negative review I've ever written, it was with confusion and sadness at the time because I've shopped here for years and everyone has always been so good to me from Ari to Kyle to Tyler, I was in a very bad car accident 11 months ago, suffered a traumatic brain injury & I am having pretty severe cognitive issues w understanding, memory etc... suffice it to say this business gave me free coils, let them sit overnight, they worked fine, I've also been purchasing coils and juice from the same shop except for its in Id due to big pharma rip off flavor ban in wa. I wanted to say TY 2 this place for still being good to me after my review, I apologized in person they were very understanding, this is an excellent place you get treated like family even when you mess up or get confused or get your brains bashed in and don't know what's happening half the time this is written w tears cuz it's so hard to swallow your pride but it's even harder to leave a negative review floating around for good people who always went above and beyond especially Ari to help me. I love you guys and I would definitely recommend this business end of Mary's brain injury story for now LOL read more

I have been with Vapor Lounge for 6 years now, was one of their first customers when they first opened at River Park Square. They cared enough to create and build an inviting environment and welcomed everyone to "lounge" in their store. They have mirrored this with every store they have now, so I know I'm not walking into a dirty nasty store that makes you want to buy and leave quick. 6 years later, they are my go-to for everything vaping. If you have a geniune issue, they solve it. They will find out about you enough to tailor you with the right Vaping setup. When you leave, you feel like you just made a friend. I have been in sales, and it isn't a gimmick, it's geniune care, that you leave happy and satisfied. While I was deployed to Afghanistan, they shipped to me, so that I could continue vaping. If they make it easy across the world, I will tell you it's great in person. They are very supportive of the military and have even helped some of my fellow Soldiers quit smoking. Just bought a new mod in there today, my old one conked out. The guys in there are awesome, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love great customer service and it is always great in there or the South Hill Regal branch. Griffin cracks me up on how much he knows about the product and how passionate he is about it. I just wanted to give a really big special thanks to Travis, Jason, and Brandon from the Spokane Valley location!! I can honestly say they were so helpful. I came in with a broken ecig I had no idea how to fix, and Travis got it to work again for free. Seriously such a great company. Went in there prepared to buy a new ecig but instead they took the time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it. I went into the Shadle store last week and was blown away at the customer support. I almost felt spoiled and or LOVED! From the staffs friendly interactions down to the $1 taste testing of their various e-juices (multiple different brands). The fact that I did not have to use my own RDA and it was never mixing the juices together, you can get an amazing taste of the ejuices, and don't feel pressured to hurry.
