I don't know what caused the staff change, but it is definitely hurting this store. Not sure I am going to bother making the long drive up north anymore. The changes in the store make the location in the Valley much closer to my house a lot more appealing. If nothing else, it is cleaner and I don't have to maneuver around stock in the process of being put away or empty boxes just sitting there. Definitely a step back.
