(Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.

Great shop and they carry tons of stuff but a few things I dislike…read more First, if you have anything under warranty they will do everything possible not to honor it until they've tried to rig the device somehow. If I have a warranty I shouldn't have to basically demand my right to use it. Honor the damn warranty and hand me another device not matter what it may be unless it's something I broke (which hasn't been the case the last FOUR times. Second, if I'm in there first don't push me aside to help someone else really quick just to make a sale. This is a HUGE no no and they should know better. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's that comes in INCLUDING phone calls. The 50%+ markup (at least) over the same items you can buy online surely means they can afford to have two employees on hand on any given day. I bought a mod there and then found it 57.00 cheaper online so won't be buying hardware there ever again Third. The test stations sucks. The alcohol is often dirty and watered down and looks like dirty water. Surely then can afford to set a clean jug of 3.00 purell for cleaning tips prior to testing or at least a box/jar of e-cug condoms/covers that are probably a penny each. Fourth. Their coils on average are 1.25 more expensive than almost anywhere in town but I buy them online now anyways This being said I'll not shop here anymore. There's TONS of other shops who gladly will honor the warranty before taking 30 mins to try and rig it back together, have awesome test stations that don't have ejuice all over their test units and purell in hand or something similar, who don't push you aside to help others, who don't stop helping you just to answer the phone when you were there first and who have more than INE employee on shift every day I will not be going back ever to either store.
