Vapor lounge has showed me what it means to appreciate your customers. I have been a loyal customer to vapor lounge for 4 years and they treat me so well. For instance I just started a new job was super broke and needed some safety updates on my ecig. They rewrapped my ecig and filled up my tank for me. I couldnt believe how much they cared for and appreciated me as a customer. I can't thank them enough for always being so helpful. I take what i see from there customer service and apply it to my job. I have a new standard for the way a customer should be treated. I guarantee if you go there you will ALWAYS leave happy. They go above and beyond. They have better prices and bette liquid snd there just better all around than smart smoke. This is the best ecig store on the planet! Any of the other reviews you read that say this place is horrible are wrong! They either have no life or a grudge against the world! I have always gone to vapor lounge and will always go to vapor lounge. The staff is knowledgeable and absolutely AMAZING! Ruthie the manager is an absolute rockstar. She makes sure if your unit has a problem that it is fixed before you walk out the door. It feels like a mini family. I had to buy some ejuice downtown while at work one day and it was awful.
