Everyone said "welcome in." Mr bald eagle ended up helping me and he was super helpful, he made the checkout process easy and helpful on the products I had questions on. He showed me a couple selections and made it easy to choose a product. After that I've been coming here more often and the service is good. It's a big store with lots and lots of products to choose from. The prices are also good. They have a good selection on cheap prices and high prices.

Cliff notes back story: -I worked in the industry for years -I know a lot about cannabis and that each product goes far beyond the THC content. -I look for flavour and smell I gave her a brief list of strains I like (I'm more focused on terps) and a price range and this girl got me a half and 2 AIO live resin pens. I got home and DEAR LAWDYYY AM I IN LOVE. She absolutely nailed the flavour profile I wanted with very little prompting- lately I've not met many budtenders that can do that. Did I mention they were all prepackaged?! That's right, she KNOWS the products she sells. I'm a tough critic when it comes to budtending (although rarely confrontational) bc I just want to be treated how I treated my customers back in the day. It's a far drive but I will come back here JUST to get her recommendations again! thank you for being a great budtender queeeen!!

(Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.

Searched "Best Weed Shop"…read more Spokane Green Leaf has a 4.9 rating. Reviews were good. I went in hoping for the best. SUPER friendly people, non threatening bud tenders. Well staffed. Lots of discount options printed right on the receipt. They have tons of selection: grass, wax, oil, drinks, etc, and a surprising amount of gear for such a small store. They even have strong 600mg "Double Delicious" Vials and 1000mg RSO. And the prices honestly were not bad! Definitely the cheapest place ive been to in Spokane! And the best selection. And the only place that has Double Delicious. What else can i say? Tons of places to park in shared parking lot, and its right on Division so that was easy. Yeah all in all was really nice trip! Thanks for the "Super Boof", Jessica!
