But what we would want potential customers to know is that they stand behind their installs. We had a instance about 2 years ago where it looked like the bolts on the braces holding the awnings were coming loose. Jason came out and made sure everything was secure. Then this spring, after this last severe winter, we again saw some bolts that may have been loose. This time Jason sent Jesse to check the problem....Jesse checked and tighten all of them......even after seven years. We highly recommend Jason and Best Blinds. Jim and Joann W. @ Hauser

We had a number of companies come and bid for a total renovation of the exterior of our home,…read moreincluding windows, siding, soffits, fascia, and roof. Morris Clark came in around the middle price-wise of the bids. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of work turned out to be well worth it. We went with Cascade windows, Hardie Board siding, and Iko Dynasty roofing. Originally, we had planned on going with another contractor for the roofing due to cost, but they were able to lower their roof bid to closer match what the other roofer had offered. Since the work quality was proving to be worth it, we went with their bid for the roof as well. The timeline for the project went longer than anticipated causing some frustration, but the quality of the work and finish was well worth it. There was an issue with delivery of the color of the roof that we had chosen, and Jordan was very apologetic on behalf of Morris Clark, even though it wasn't their issue. They negotiated a discount on our behalf for the inconvenience or to redo the entire roof at no extra cost from the original quote. In the end, we have had an excellent experience, even with hiccups along the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

After numerous attempts to connect with this company through calls and emails I am finally writing a review to express my immense disappointment in the aftercare and lack of communication. Given that I will now have additional expenses to fix their poor installation work to protect my home, I cannot recommend this company.

The windows took longer than expected because our house has hand-cut shake for siding. James ended up working longer than expected, but he did an amazing job. They look so good. And James is awesome! He is super friendly and took the time to write down the measurements that my husband would need to frame the interior windows (to save money and use his miter saw he got for Christmas). Plus they cleaned everything up and when they left you never would have known they were even there! If you got siding to do you would be crazy not to give Exteriors Unlimited a call!!
