When I called the owner to tell her she didn't seem to care and said she'd have to speak with him and then she and her husband came over wanting to adjust them only to make more holes (damage), no apologies no nothing except she hands me $10 saying I over paid, are you kidding me. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. Not to mention they use white clips that hang down in the back of the blind that can be seen from outside, tacky. She doesn't disclose everything she should have. I should have made them take them down and give me a refund.

Eclipse Screens and Shades came out in a timely manner and the young man did a good job fixing it. There were no parts needed. They charged us a $200.00 service fee. We felt this was way too high and we questioned it and they would not alter it although the job took only 5 - 10 minutes. After research it appears that this minimum fee is higher than other trades in this area. Not happy with Eclipse Screens and would not recommend them.
