I was assured that this unit would IMPRESS but all it has done is disappoint. It does not heat or cool this VERY small space. Epic was called and came out twice only to tell me that it was working properly. We are faced with using space heaters, fans and a portable AC to find any relief from the cold and heat in the winter and summer, respectively. I just find it disappointing that more locally owned businesses don't stand behind their work or their product. Are we a society that focuses on greed and not quality? My message to those consumers who might be considering EPIC, would be to keep on looking, you'll thank me later.

There's absolutely no reason to charge that much for such a simple fix, and charging is $70 more than the minimum fee, for the easiest job possible, is unreasonable and unfair. He was very polite and professional. On one of the doors, he simply recommended the usual routine maintenance; however, the other door needed to have the rollers replaced. Afterwards we could hear a noticeably more quiet door opening and closing. I feel like their prices are about middle of the road, but the materials that they use are quite a bit higher quality than some that we have had in the past. Overall, I would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them in the future.
