I had just moved from out of state to a new home at the top of a mountain. I had no service on anything. Nyle installed Starlink giving me back phone and computer service. He mounted 3 TVs in 3 rooms with no wires showing and programmed each TV. Nyle hard wired signal boosters throughout the house and garage. He hooked up ring cameras and programmed them. Nyle reprogrammed the electronic locks on all exterior doors. He cleaned up my phone and computer and taught me how to use and operated the systems. Nyle set up, installed, programmed every electronic devise in my home, giving me 100% of what I needed and wanted. Nyle followed up to see if I had any questions and if everything was running OK. The foreign service gal told me that I would be charged for a service call which was $100. I did not agree to that and she told me that is all she could do for me. I proceeded to cancel my service of 3 years but was told I was under contract and that I had to pay a fee to end it early. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card. I would never refer anyone to Vivint due to poor customer service, quality of service and unethical business practices. This company should be reported to the BBB for such.
