The foreign service gal told me that I would be charged for a service call which was $100. I did not agree to that and she told me that is all she could do for me. I proceeded to cancel my service of 3 years but was told I was under contract and that I had to pay a fee to end it early. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card. I would never refer anyone to Vivint due to poor customer service, quality of service and unethical business practices. This company should be reported to the BBB for such.

He mounted 3 TVs in 3 rooms with no wires showing and programmed each TV. Nyle hard wired signal boosters throughout the house and garage. He hooked up ring cameras and programmed them. Now because I decided to not pay my bill to get my service shut off, they call no less than two times a day to harass me about payment. Do yourself a favor and do not use XFinity if you can.

My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly.
