You're a senior, so it's free for life." However when it showed up on the bill I called and the customer rep, Kristen told me that the installer was wrong and there is no free for senior plan. I also was promised a $100 gift card for signing up and after 3 months still haven't see that. Have called and been transferred around and still no card. Everyone says they'll take care of it, but no card. They say they emailed it to us as a new customer. Interesting that they emailed it before I even had internet here. Avoid them if you have a choice. Unfortunately I don't where I live. :(

My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly. We are extending the system to our shop next week, and I'm considering installing some cameras too. I feel confident in Evergreen Security.

I had been shopping for a new TV and surround system for a few months. I researched so many…read moredifferent brands and types. Read countless reviews on the brands and models I narrowed it down to. Finally I decided 100% on the surround sound and was down to the LG OLED or the Sony OLED. I could write a long horrible story about customer service at both Bestbuy's and a couple other stores, but that would be a disservice to this Huppins review. Instead I will tell you that I had a wonderful experience from the minute my wife and I walked in Huppins. Greeted immediately and pointed in the direction of the two tvs we were looking for. After a few minutes the same gentleman that greeted us arrived and asked if we had questions. My wife asked about the difference in the two tvs. I was impressed with his descriptive answer and afterwards we felt the Sony would suit is best. At this point I know I'm buying from this man. I tell him all the components we want by Sonos to build our system and point out the TV. I give him the max amount we want to spend and he says not only do they price match, but they match the lowest prices on the internet and off he goes. After 15 minutes or so he comes back and is almost $600 under the number i gave him. Remember, I had done my research. I know this system was priced over $6000 and I was out the door under $4500. Super helpful, very patient and informative, first class treatment all the way. Older, shorter, gentleman with glasses. Can't miss him! I'm horrible with names. Thanks again Huppins!

When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased.
