I had just moved from out of state to a new home at the top of a mountain. I had no service on anything. Nyle installed Starlink giving me back phone and computer service. He mounted 3 TVs in 3 rooms with no wires showing and programmed each TV. Nyle hard wired signal boosters throughout the house and garage. He hooked up ring cameras and programmed them. Nyle reprogrammed the electronic locks on all exterior doors. He cleaned up my phone and computer and taught me how to use and operated the systems. They believe the customer is always WRONG…read more When the installer was doing the hard sell for all the extras, he mentioned the Protected Silver insurance for their dish. Then he said "oh wait. You're a senior, so it's free for life." However when it showed up on the bill I called and the customer rep, Kristen told me that the installer was wrong and there is no free for senior plan. I also was promised a $100 gift card for signing up and after 3 months still haven't see that. Have called and been transferred around and still no card. Everyone says they'll take care of it, but no card. They say they emailed it to us as a new customer. Interesting that they emailed it before I even had internet here. Avoid them if you have a choice. Unfortunately I don't where I live. :(

Since you're locked into a contract, if anything goes wrong, you're left holding the bag!! They'll get to you when they get to you. My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly. We are extending the system to our shop next week, and I'm considering installing some cameras too. I feel confident in Evergreen Security.

When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated.
