He did his inspection/diagnostic and after a very thorough assessment, he said that one of our capacitor wires was not connected. He reconnected the wire, also made sure all other connections were correct. NOTHING needs replaced! However, if the first tech wasn't so inept, we wouldn't have found the PERFECT company. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, pointing out a couple of things that contradicted the original evaluation by the first company. Although the AF technician indicated the furnace was a bit undersized for the square footage of our home, he said the furnace was in reasonable condition for being 11 years old. He recommended a thorough cleaning of the furnace in the spring before committing to purchasing a new furnace.
