We had a strange situation going on with our sprinkler system and how it connected to our back faucet. Joe and Eamon (sp?) came and took out the strangeness, gave us a new faucet and integrated it into the sprinkler system. They worked well together and both were very personable and knowledgeable. AFHHS responded by visiting in a couple of hours and providing a preliminary assessment. A deep dive evaluation was scheduled for later in the week. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, pointing out a couple of things that contradicted the original evaluation by the first company. Although the AF technician indicated the furnace was a bit undersized for the square footage of our home, he said the furnace was in reasonable condition for being 11 years old. He recommended a thorough cleaning of the furnace in the spring before committing to purchasing a new furnace. We are very pleased with the results of calling AFHHS and will be looking forward to their service in a few months.

I had never used Scotty's previously and called them because they were nearby. I was happy that a person answered the phone and was able to set up an appointment for me for the following day. Two techs arrived the next day within the time period given and quickly went about replacing a fluorescent light fixture. They were very fast and efficient and did a good job. I feel that the service was a bit overpriced given the simplicity of it and the fact that it didn't take very long to complete it, but their prices are probably competitive with other companies around here. We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. The work was outstanding and completed very quickly. This is a rental home and I'm sure we would not hesitate to contact Max for any future work.
