Also had the former great room ceiling fan reinstalled in our guest room and two flush mounted fixtures installed. Sean made an appt. with us with a date and time (which was two weeks out). This was more than reasonable when it could take months with other electrical contractors. He and his crew arrived in time on the agreed date. We walked the areas for installation and appreciated his recommendations, which saved us money. They were all professional, knowledgeable and protected our home from the debris from installing the various fixtures. They vacuumed up after the areas that they worked in. It really is nice being able to count on a company to show up, trust that they will do an excellent job and feel confident that they all did a quality job for a fair price. They were recommended from another electrician who was booked out for 6-months. The big install was the installation of a Generac stand-by generator last October 2021. When Costco and other vendors couldn't find a stand-by generator for at least 3-4 months, Grotberg Electric was able to locate one and installed it in one day. The install was first rate and the customer service was 5-STAR. Over the past two days, we had power outages due to high winds. In both cases, the stand-by generator kicked-on as soon as the outage occurred and cut-off as soon as power was restored. The generator turned-off literally seconds before my text alert from Avista arrived to notify me that power was restored. I recommend Mike and his team at Grotberg without hesitation, and I give them my highest rating.
